Toasting the sesame seeds really gives the salad a nice nutty flavor. I also add 3/4 cup of toasted slivered almonds. And while I wouldn't use all sesame oil I would add maybe a tablespoon or so to boost the nutty flavor. And last but not least: don't forget salt and pepper! My mom used to make this with ramen noodles as well. I am eating her recipe as we speak but as I was making it "(before I watched this vid) I was thinking it would be healthier and more sophisticated without the noodles.
That looks yummy! I'm going to get a cabbage tomorrow! As for the worst smoothie---quickly put it out of my mind! But my best smoothies have been the simple ones with not too many ingredients. I use water, half a handful of nuts or seeds, fruit, greens, 1 T pond scum (a combo of sea veg+chlorella+spirulina) or another superfood, coconut butter or cacao butter, and sweetner. I vary it by rotating the superfoods, greens and fruit. Very good, and my body craves them. Thanks. More, more...
