That's not true. Because there are people out there who were living in sin and have been touched by his healing power of his blood and have not repented. But what happens his that after they are touched by Jesus then they want to praise Him and then they choose to repent. It is more common that people repent after they've been touched by Jesus. You've pretty much said that His blood isn't powerful. But it is so powerful that it brings people into repentance.
Oh yeah, I mean what's the point of a powerful encounter with God if you don't allow Him to transform you and change your heart . If someone has an amazing encounter with God but continues living the way they were living than that encounter meant absolutely nothing, you have to allow God to transform you, because His glory will change the heart if the person surrenders, that's what happens to people who live Godly lives is that they allowed His glory to change their heart. Jesus is amazing.

Well, what they really need then to be led to genuine repentance is the conviction of the Holy Spirit. Most people are ready to genuinely repent if they know all the facts, I think it's the people with the hardened hearts that are going to be a little more stubborn.
Jesus wants us to comes as we are, no question about that, but, He never intended for us to STAY as we are. There must be a change, and for that change to take place, there must first be genuine repentance. Some people have been deceived into believing they can come as they are and STAY as they are and still have their sins forgiven.

His blood is powerful indeed, no question about it, but without genuine repentance, salvation is not possible period.
