I always laughed at the "my heart is bursting with love" line. So classic soap cheesy. I love it. Even as a teenager I knew that was over the top. Even more so as an adult. It just sounds like something you'd read in a trashy romance novel. LOL.

I know I shouldn't be commenting on this being a 22 year old male, but I remember as a teen rushing home to watch this with my mom hoping to have a love story like this one. My wife and I watched this whole S&C series again together realizing that our love story was very similar to theirs. Hating each other for 2 years til finally one night after I returned from a deployment she said she missed me. We made love and been inseparable ever since. I wish they could've stayed together like us.
