Which closed loop resistance band has the most resistance? I checked out the site and saw medium bands. I want one for the shoulders, squats, deadlifts, etc.... I'm 5'11
What are the heaviest resistance bands you know of? I need to find a safe and natural replacement for leg presses. In the gym, I usually press with 14 plates of 20 kg (~45 pounds) and most body weight exercises are too easy.
I started using the crisscross setup after your last post. It is a real butt kicker. I was doing dumbbell swings which required driving through the hips. I was starving for oxygen at the completion of a 30 second interval. Cannot wait to try the punch and dead lift combo.
