In your speech, it's seen to me that you use the word Canadian to designate English province and province of Quebec as a separate entity.

Are they Canadian?

Will you represent them?

The Block Quebecois should lead this country. Mr Gilles Duceppe the leader of the Block just needs to come up with some policies that he can lead this entire great nation of all Canadians with. If he can manage to do this, than, the Block Quebecois can be in government in Canada ruling over all Canadians from coast to coast. He may even use some of my policies that I have (if he can manage to be smarter than Harper that is to say).
