Thanks for the comment.  6'4" and 230 lbs with 17" arms. It takes alot of hard work in the gym at metroflex and being with the best in the world.

Ronnie does workout at the gym. Branch Warren is there everyday along with Pro Figure Jen Cook and others. It is awesome to be around in the land of the giants. Last week both Branch and Kai Green was at Metroflex doing photos after the Arnold. Can not get any better than that. You should come visist sometimes or come to the Ronnie in April and say hello.
