@StealthyPotatoes Those are digital calipers. If you want more accuracy you should use a micrometer, but calipers are faster and easier to read.

i make mine basically the same way and from wiper blade inserts but i've just been using electrical tape for the handles. i think ill try your way. great video.

Hi, what were the handles made out of? Were they just two more sections of the windscreen wiper blade inserts? Is the liquid steel an adhesive/bonding agent?

Nice job brother.5* Why don't you invest in a bench grinder? Might save you some time and you wouldn't have to buy so many tips for your dremel. Ive been thinking about doing a video of my set up/ shop.
