@Federico84 But at least you tried! I have settled on an old-fashioned way of making coffee-- it does not properly filter the finest coffee dust out-- so the first cup is strong. But it does settle during the drinking. I have tried French Press, flannel filter, Mr. Coffee style "super heated" steam method-- eventually one can get good results. But this does it for me. I've recently changed coffee brand-- and I adjusted the amount of coffee per pot; also added a paper filter. So far, so good!
Americans drink that piss they call Coffee. Tea comes from India and China, which have the most Population of people on gods planet. Sorry yanks but you are outnumbered most people in the world drink tea and not that piss you call coffee.
@MrChief101 No, tupa, what you said first was childish. How old are you? From the 'gay' crack you must be 17. There's gotta be somewhere better for you to be.

Great video, Mr. Chief. Almost anyone can make a pot of coffee, but making the kind of coffee that spawned the industrial revolution and made the USA the world economic superpower--that requires years of experience and specialized equipment. When it's made this way, I call it "Liquid Inspiration" rather than mere coffee.
Along those lines, I foresaw the downfall of the nation as soon as "decaf mocha latte" entered the general vocabulary.
I want a coffee pot like that! And a coffee mug like that! haha. Really enjoyed this here movie film good sir! You've inspired me to get an old school american product in that coffee pot. Could you send me make and model info?
Nice one, Eliot! Very entertaining. Of course, I'm sitting here watching it, drinking my tea.
I like coffee, but it doesn't like me; it upsets my stomach. Once, I made the mistake one time of drinking coffee on a boat. That was the only time I've ever felt seasick.
What!? Stuff and nonsense! You simply haven't saturated your tissues with caffein! It's easy to do-- build up to it, an extra cup a day a week. In no time you'll be enjoying a nice cup before bedtime. Like me.
I once drank american "coffee", I did not like it, but the video is interesting I had never seen this procedure

@tupacole Ah, but I do have the power to numb your mind from whatever tea-sloshing backwater you reside in. I'd watch it if I were you.

Your apraisal agrees with mine! Well spake too.
When that dammed vocabulary entered the lexicon of stand-up comics-- I sensed the end rushing up fast... but coffee soothes the nerves...

I don't think it's the caffeine, because when I get it from other sources, it doesn't have much effect.
Have you ever tried yerba mate?
