And also, that all looks mighty good, but I've seen better looking foods on other shows...but the thing about all of this is...there's no way for you to taste the food, so it's futile to comment on a video about it :*(

jose andres is a very well known cook in the USA, he has 6 or 7 restaurants in Washigton D.C. he had a very succesful tv program in spain. unfortunately, his english isn't as good as his cooking
