I ordered the Casio CTK-3000 Premium Package with the headphones and stand and power, so will it all come in 1 big box or will it come in different boxes. also will they all come at the same time?

Is the Casio CTK 3000's sound quality about the same as Yamaha YPT 320's, or is it significantly worse? And does Yamaha YPT 320 have the same MIDI and USB ports as a Casio does?

@CP9Luffy Casio will NEVER EVER have same sound quality as Yamaha! The only manufacturers that can compete with Yamaha in the best sound quality are Roland and Korg. The YPT-230/PSR-323 doesn't have USB port, but it has a MIDI port. Conclusion: If, IN THE SAME BUDGET, you want features over quality, get the Casio. If you want sound quality, get a Yamaha!

@AngryBirdFan161 Agreed. Every keyboard can teach you to play and offer a great fun substitution for Counter-Strike (LOL :P). I just pointed that Yamaha has stereo grand piano which sounds very realistic, and Casio doesn't.

@xXxBOLTxX yes, the sounds aren't very good but it can use usb MIDI so you can connect it to a computer and use it as a MIDI controller which is pretty cool

Hello, I have a problem with my CTK-3000, the effect TREMOLO doesn't works, it makes a strange sound like a voice saying "one,two,three.."

There's any solution to make it work?

The manual of the Casio CTK-3000 portable keyboard states:

"Do not use rechargeable batteries"

...and...

"Do not use oxyride batteries or any other nickel based batteries."

Why is this? Do I risk damage, or will the batteries simply not power the device as well as standard alkaline? I plan on using NiMH (Nickel Metal Hydride) rechargeables; Do these fall into the category of "oxyride/nickel-based" batteries, or are NiMH batteries something different?
