We got hit with cold early this year, been below freezing for over a week.

The cardinals and a few others stay all year. If I had wings I'd be building a nest at your place.

Thank you! I was doing dishes, looked up & saw the sunset hitting the icicles. Lots of birds... By the time I got batteries in the camera had about five minutes of sun left & only one bird. Audio was a challenge, the scene called for silence.
