Novi pommers have such intense conditioning. Junior varsity has 500 high kicks a night.

Does anyone know if there's a penalty for using the same moves year after year?

Because I just watched GC from 2006 to this one and they use the same leg-work when they hook up for kickline;

i think that's kind of un-original.

what does the routine from this year look like?

I'm interested to see it.

There can be mark down in originality, but this team does the same first 8 count in kick line for tradition. many other squads have a "traditional" 8 count.. it's not rare..

Its rare to hear this genre of music in a pom routine or any other. Its unique, these girls are KNOWN for being unique, and they make it all around not just some places. The routine was fantastic as are the routines of the past years that they have won. Its deserved.

Girls your ability to create unique and unused pom moves makes me proud. I was once on GC poms and I miss it dearly, watching these videos takes me back to when we won states my Freshman year.
