Dude! I have a 3g nano that's 4 years old. It playes video. But I guess you probably ment that iPods from this season don't play video. The new nano doesnt, witch sucks big time.

This iPod is my favorite so far but the only thing don't like is the screen is almost built to crack. Mine fell from 4 inches off the ground and whole screen is cracked so if you get this iPod get a case because at some point it will fall and crack without it.

Any operating system can get a virus but only if the virus is designed and created to affect that operating system and I highly doubt many if any at all have been created for IOS. in short, yes it can but I wouldn't bet money on you ever getting one.
