The terms and conditions are atrocious and certainly not acceptable in developed countries. No wonder there are so many suicide cases there. As a foreigner, I really don't understand the way the Korean arts association can gang up with SM to bully and pressurise these young talents. Aren't there any justice and human rights? @analiURCHICA this concert was held in korea..as i know,jyj will make a world tour concert(like their worldwide showcase)..if they come to my country,there no reason y i must miss that opportunity..
overall I would say that this was a sexy concert. There a just a really masculine and mature/adult vibe to the entire concert. It was refreshing to see and when I even think of their Mirotic tour I feel as though they've come a long way....Their concert was amazing!!!! I loved every second of it ^o^

Thanks. It seems that the said Association is more interested in protecting the industry and imposing slavery control rather than creating a better and healthy working environment. The terms and conditions are atrocious and certainly not acceptable in developed countries. No wonder there are so many suicide cases there. Saddened by TVXQ's split but am relieved that their fans are still supporting them, especially these 3 brave boys who dare fight against a giant company

this is really great performance..i just LOVE Empty..and their choreography..they are great..they will have great future..we just have to support them now..yes TVXQ was great band, but i really dont think that JYJ worse..love them and their song..JYJ fighting!!!

As a foreigner, I really don't understand the way the Korean arts association can gang up with SM to bully and pressurise these young talents. Aren't there any justice and human rights? I am sure many many JYJ fans will continue to support their idols, no matter in Korea or other countries. JYJ fighting!!!

u are right! even thou they may not be able to stand on the stage in korea again, they didn't regret for their decisions. u guys are just too brave n i do appreciate it. the saddest thing is no broadcast in korea got the gut to stand out n invite them for perfs on TV. what a shame in the kpop ind! never mind the reality proofs u guys are doing superb by all yr own. see the awards u got in the past year! i'm proud of u! i'm proud to be a fan of JYJ, FIGHTING !

@jsmybaby you are right!!i dont undertsand with korean industry..is it because of their decision to file the lawsuit,they should be banned? eventhough i am not a cassie but i think they did a great job and their decision to leave is the best!! korean is superb in producing a talented artist but they have one big mistake..their treatment to artist..!! i think they have to do something..or else,their industry could be ruined!and their image will be eroded!

In this case the ent. companies will be in trouble.. So they have to protect that industry (business)... I understand their concern but my question is that "are artists just money making machine for them?? who will protect the human right of these artists??? "

it makes me so sad and angry to think about what SME and the other organization is doing to these talented boys, their talent is being wasted! and what the eff are they doing to kpop consumers like us? we have a right to see the singers we want to see on TV and hear their songs on the radio. the court ruled that SME could not stop JYJ legally from forming a unit and working until the court reaches a final verdict, so why can't we see this super talented, beautiful singers on tv????????

it's not just appearances on public TV stations like KBS SM Entertainment is trying to sabotage... SM AND a big powerful organization called 한국대중문화예술산업총연합회 (rough translation: association of korean popular culture and art industry) are sabotaging ALL appearances on ANY mass media such as public and private broad casting systems, cable TV stations, radio stations, commercials on TV, etc. ugh...

Right now in Korea JYJ can't appear on public TV and raido.because Sm entertainment put pressure on TV station and radio station to block their apperance on air .
JYJ brings a law suit against sm for 13 years of slavecontract in 2009
it will take 2 ~3 years for court reach it's final decision.
meanwhile sm try to sabotage all jyj's musical career.
I hope we can see them again on public tv again.

overall I would say that this was a sexy concert. There a just a really masculine and mature/adult vibe to the entire concert. It was refreshing to see and when I even think of their Mirotic tour I feel as though they've come a long way....Their concert was amazing!!!! I loved every second of it ^o^
