I've never had any problems with my Military 8x30s Some cheaper binos can have slipage of the prisms giving you a parallax error. My Steiners are great

The individual eye focus adjustment is easier to deal with. Remember you get what you pay for.

Did they come in box of cracker jacks???? Anyone who has been in the service, or worked as a serious operator would give up a limb for Stiener's or a pair of Leica's. For the rest of the world that uses these to peep on their neighbors or go play airsoft, follow zenthex1.....

@vincentmarc27 no, they were in a clearance sale at an outing store. and honestly i think i would rather have my 20x50 mid quality then these 8x30 high quality binoculars. and don't tell me "you only some 12 year old who is stupid and hasn't hit puberty" because i'm a spotter...

yeah that monkey sounds like he is reading the manual. you have no skills. do not buy these binoculars, they are expensive and absolutely unusable in the dark. street lamps for example produce huge halos and light artifacts. total bummers. just like the review monkey.

8x30 it is an opera glasses. Are necessary only 10x50 , 12x56,15x80..!

The Compass is not required...

Thanks, but all this info is on Steiner's website. If you are going to this trouble, give us some comparison or objective opinion. Simply repeating the company's info is a waste of your time and the viewers.

Why waste money on expensive binoculars? Simply stand closer to the object you wish to observe.
