Who is the Manufacturer That makes the sound decoders you have in the Kato dash 9's? Those are best sounds for the dash 9's I have ever heard.

I wish sound decoders did sound like that, but I had a DVD playing in the background and it just worked with video.

Indeed. To make it one notch more realistic have some trains with 4 GE's and containers/trailers. That is about half the trains on the full scale version.
