She was sent away to live with her manager at 10 and hardly saw her parents .So sad never had a childhood sang all over the world .Developed anorexia at 13 and never got better and later died at 34 .So so so sad I really dont know why her parents let her go at such an age it ruined her life ;
@samistar2234 YES so sad ,She was so talented .but the poor girl missed out on her childhood which affected her badly her career was over by the time she was 19 due to ANOREXIA she was so sick poor baby ,It goes to show music managers have to be so careful if they sign up young kids lets hope they tread carefully with Connie Talbot .
@daisychain1231 anorexia nervosa is very hard to cope with so it was quite tragic when you have a child star going through it considering how much their atitude changes we really have to be careful with connie and any other child star

I can't remember what TV show this was from but I remember sitting in front of the TV with my cassette recorder telling everyone in the room to Shut It! while Lena was on. This was about 1975 can anyone tell me what the show was?
i think the sorry part is her doctors or doctor have to be inconfident not to sean this poor girl deteroate to the point she died
