The Beetle definitely grows on you. I found myself using it for the most ridiculous things by the end of the game and just using it as recon to look over all the new rooms or areas I entered.

There are many things that can be improved and I have a lot of things I plan to do with it. As long as we're doing it again anyway, we figured it might as well be the Hero's Quest. You would not believe how many times people have asked me to make another set of videos to show how to do the Cave of Ordeals the second time through, which, is pretty pointless in my opinion, but whatever. Doing the SS walkthrough in hard mode would be more helpful for people overall.

The Iron Shield is not as useful in the Lanayru region as it is vulnerable to Electricity, while the Wooden/Banded/Braced Shields are not. ~Mases

actually the gleelock, so long as all 3 heads are gone before the heads you chop off reform you will kill it....but it is faster (and more rewarding) to do all 3 in one blow
