  • this was my first bike back in 1962,mine was 1955 dual seat.nice to see one again thanks for putting it on.dave

  • Waht sorta head does that have-alloy or iron. My one im restoring has an alloy head and hi comp piston etc and its got me baffled. im asking everyone out there and no one seems too know. Even the guys at the bike shops are baffled.

  • Hi,you are quite right it should have an alloy head. The engine fitted is a C11G engine which had a cast iron top end and overhead valve configuration.Seems to be a popular engine transplant in the 60s to give it a bit more go!I've now acquired a correct C10L engine which i'am currently rebuilding to fit in it.P.S do you have a spare alloy head.Mike

  • haha, id trade you mine maybe for either a beesa b50 or a norton commando! Thats how much im sentimentaly attached to every part of my bike!

  • Nice little Beeza.
