Sorry bout that, it was more focused on the reviewer rather than the car, i mean the vantage is a pure mix of luxury and performance to boot and i am definitely a fan of its svelte lines. Buts its just the term supercar... what is a supercar, its used so often and for so many different classes of car that i have no longer an understanding of what a supercar actually is.

Sorry for that, my comment was more focused on the reviewer rather than a negative statement toward the vantage.

Dont get me wrong, i love the aston, luxury & performance + svelte lines, i am seriously a fan but its the word "supercar" that gets me annoyed. Its just thrown around so often than the meaning no longer registers to me, its used for so many different cars that I no longer have a comprehension of what would fit within a "supercar".

I do love the Aston tho! :)

The price isn't that bad. I was looking at an 07 Coupe, nicely equipped for $117,000. That puts in the price range of the SL AMG. I dont think the price is bad considering each is hand built and can be built to exactly your specs.

The 70's/80's Astons more handsome !! I don't think so, the V8 vantage/DB9 are stunningly handsome cars, they are sheer class. Comparing a GM Monaro to an Aston is like comparing chalk and cheese. I definately know which one I'd have - no contest !!!
