I think you should be able to trade on the emulator. If you can have WiFi battles with emulated games, I don't see why you can't trade. All you need to do is find someone who got the national dex on an emulated version of the game.

Before the National Dex, you have to ask someone to trade them to you.

After the National Dex, Nidoran can be found on Route 201 via Pokéradar and Larvitar are found on Route 207 also via Pokéradar.

It's decent, but you can have National Dex Pokémon before getting the National Dex; the dex number is ??? until you get the National Dex.

Where would you get Manaphy from? If you don't hatch it in Platinum, it won't obey you unless you have certain badges (it won't obey you after level 10, I believe, so be careful).

You need to use the upstairs union room, meaning that you'll need 2 DS's.

I get my eggs over by trading 4 eggs first, hatching at least two of them (this isn't necessary, but it helps me out) and trading the other two over. It's easier for them to hatch quickly if they say "it's about to hatch".

you get leafeon by taking eevee and going to the mose rock im eternal forrest and then lvl it up arong the moss rock and then it evolves

Just be aware of Ice and Fighting types in particular; Gliscor and Garchomp - although Garchomp is called uber by Smogen - both have a 4x weakness to Ice, and Weavile is 4x weak to Fighting.

As well as in Diamond and Pearl, yes.

But you CAN put National Dex Pokémon in the games prior to getting the national dex; I restarted Diamond, and I had a team of Charmander, Kangaskhan, Eevee, Pichu, Piplup and Misdreavus.

The National dex Pokémon have their dex numbers at ??? until you beat the game and get the national dex; I've done it numerous times =)

They don't even have to be egg moves either, like Togepi @ Nasty Plot; they can be TMs, like Chimchar's Brick Break.

Perhaps. Have Ice Fang with it after evolving to make it capable of handling Ground types and it should be set.

I don't honestly know how to get a good moveset out of Skorupi via breeding, but if I could figure a way around it, I'd certainly raise one.

Egg moves are moves that a baby Pokémon has inherited from its father. TMs and proper egg moves count, like Togepi's Nasty Plot.

TMs via breeding only works if the baby Pokémon is capable of learning the TM, i.e. Abra's Shadow Ball.

Sounds like a solid team to me.

You'd have your Fire, Water and Grass vitalities, and three extras; Gallade can pack a punch, Dusknoir can take a punch and Dragonite can do both reasonably well.
