What does it mean it's a 'scottish cakewalk' ? Cakewalk was an Afro-American dance... what does the scottish has to do with it? Or is it some invention of the choreographer?

@Jupperna This one is the invention of the choreographer, but there is also an SOBHD regulated dance called the cakewalk.
