awesome the first ttme i heard him was down at the coffee house me my cousin Eddie howard was playin down there we were in high school what a motitvator him and Hubie Powell Bert cross, We used call Charles Webb Tower of Power on the organ . What a GREAT ORGANIST HE will be missed. You could tell he was from Oakland, Ca Chester Thompson .

I had the chance to sit and talk to him a few times and it was like reading a history book. This man had a LOT of knowledge and history behind his playing. DEFINITELY praying for his wife and loved ones. Good video James & thanks for the hook up "Happy"!!!
