Yes, it did suck I quite agree. However, if you see it with a bunch of your friends you all can make fun of it while your watching it and it doesn't seem so bad. My anime club went to see the movie and hardly anyone else was in it so we all took turns making funny comments like ... 'They just raped my childhood NOOOO' or 'When did goku ever have a fohawk?' ... they made the movie our culture current... I honestly concidered it an alternate universe or just as a movie having no ties to the anime.
