  • I cried. I am a fan of pure beauty

  • 2:42-4:02 OH MY GOD, SUCH A BEAUTIFUL MOMENT

  • 5 people are Romanies

  • If music were baseball, Buckethead would hit eight grand slams on every pitch.

  • With todays generation i rarely find myself getting lost in a song. This song changed all that. Truely one of the best songs i have ever heard.

  • you just get lost in the spirals of this music ..

  • pure genius. :)

  • I have not ipod or mp3 so i hear music in my laptop...

I wanted so bad to hear this songs so i took my laptop to the kitchen whit me, and i am having my breakfast now.. I broke my left leg yesterday and i walked in 1 leg whit my laptop just for that. I'm having the best breakfast ever...

  • I know its stupid to not respect someone taste in music...but to dislike this song is a federal offense.

  • fuck malmsten fuck santana fuck steve vai fuck slash fuck ulco bed fuck all guitar players ! theres only one :Buckethead lives in my soul

  • @TheCtrl52 way to be open minded. Oh wait you arent.

  • ok, ok, give me a break assholes, the letters are tiny and it says "created by" so you'd expect a name.

  • i still didn't find a buckethead song i don't like...now my iPod is getting to full :(

  • i never tire of this song..ive heard it so many times. it brings back memories good and bad. reminds me of a swirl of emotions. love..hate...misery..loss and something more. i dont know. but i think its called hope. hope not just for yourself. but for mankind in its totality. forgive the mispellings. im typing this in inspiration. and out of love for music and buckethead.

  • @Utubesuxmycock Nice post, Dude... very unbecoming of your YT handle. LoLoL. =)

But seriously, really nice post to a really beautiful song.

  • play this while using rainy mood dot com....and you will probably cry rivers

  • @gettinglost65 nice idea

  • buckthead

  • Words are not enough to describe the experience you can get with his music.

  • @majul1031 bucketheads music has words. they are not spoken in the song its self but directly to your soul. this is what i have learned about buckethead by listening to almost every one of his songs. this song speaks to you in a way that rock, rap, metal, blues, country, or any other genre out there.

  • What i love about Buckethead is that he never made a song that even sounds non appealing, or bad.

I love every song by him, and even though he has made 30+ albums

None of them get old, he is constantly having amazing ideas

  • watch?v=uvDeeIpZg9A

  • @omfgacceptmyname Stop with the racist bullshit, kid.

  • @zafartareen lol...that kid posted that comment 6 months ago.

  • @omfgacceptmyname shut up retard

  • this is my favorite song from Electric Tears

  • Buckethead's music is what holds the world and the universe together. Without it, all life as we know it would cease to exist.

  • woahhhh thats all i have to say 0.0

  • The part from 2:43 to 5:19 took me on a long dream, that I was lost in an unknown desert far away, and found a caravan by an oasis, and then fell in love with a beautiful gypsy woman with green eyes.

  • ok yeah the song is great and all but AMAZING VIDEO

  • @1234gnrslash actually the video is great and all but the song is AMAZING

  • It really is quite amazing how Buckethead can change lives with music. However, years of listening to his songs has led me to the conclusion that there's more to his music than just playing notes and siphoning emotion into an instrument...I don't know what, though. The notion is truly quaint.

  • @deathskull99 i agree

  • @deathskull99 That is so true, it's exactly how I feel about him. He has such an impact. I don't know if it's the combination of the music and the persona, but it's way more intense than any other musician.

  • my god why does this video not have at least 6 billion views? buckethead has some of the most beautiful music ive ever heard and honestly more people need to hear his songs so they can recognize his pure genius and soulful tones

  • @aciddent buckethead being underrated breaks my heart too, but if he hits serious mainstream, people will be all over him. he wouldn't change, nothing could change buckethead, but i must admit that would get annoying

  • buckethead i really really dore u man...U are the reason why i have been playing my guitar for such a long time..Ive learned sooooo much from u and for that i thank u from the bottom of my hearth...BH forever!=D

  • such a work of art :)

  • Awesome video for an awesome song

  • strange feeling when i listen to buckethead's

  • :'(

  • i requested this song to be played at my funeral

  • I want this playing at my wedding

  • i feel at peace finaly when i listen to buckethead... when listening to his music its like finding refuge away from my busy life in the big city. finaly a stressless, peaceful place to enjoy life and be thankful for what i got. buckethead forever!

  • One of my favorite songs

  • buckethead soul's voice

  • This song has such an amazing feeling, an amazing energy. It definitely proves to me that a song doesn't necessarily needs a vocal to make you feel good.

  • Take a step back and think. This song is 9 years old. Sounds like it's from yesterday, doesn't it?

    Or more appropriately, tomorrow.

  • @MooseyFate100 I'm pretty sure 5/7/8 years old. It was on Electric Tears, not Colma, but nice comment.

  • @jumpinjoe88 Electric Tears is from 2002.

  • I keep listning to this song!!! it's sooo good!!!

  • can you hear mozart smiling in a healing in this?:)

  • The guitar work in this song is absolutely masterful.

  • this has reminded me of the beautiful serenity of winter for three years

  • 3 dislikes. It's okay... Just go back to ur rap, punk, screaming shit all you teens listen to now a days.

  • @PurpPurpII i thumbsed you up because i agree. i'm the vocalist for a death metal band but i listen to buckethead nonstop when i have the time to listen to any music because as much as i love doing what i do, buckethead is so divine its an escape from reliaty and the cruelties of this universe

  • @IAmTheCthulhu I dont hate metal all that much. its just everyone is so into it nowa days most people dont even like rock.. or music like this.. I just dont understand.......

  • @PurpPurpII what's there to understand? different people like different things and no one can or should change that.

  • @PurpPurpII hey i listen to that but none of it beats buckethead

  • Genre: Buckethead...........

  • this makes me see how beautiful life is...

  • Its October 28, 2010. Listening to this song for the very first time in my whole entire life. Definitely goes onto my mp3. It's killing me man...

  • it would be a high honor if this song is played at my funeral...i love you bucket

  • Buckethead's music has this weird effect on me everytime I listen to his music. It makes my chest feel all tingly and my mind all emotional.

  • voy a llorar...

  • BH has put a spell on me!

  • Superb track and great video....thanks

In many ways it reminds me of Iceland, where my wife and I got married

  • u have music, then u have Buckethead.

two completely different things. he's one of the greatest men, walkin the earth wit a guitar in his hands

  • i have never been religious, but this can't be made by a human !!

  • @guitarmen66 buckethead for u man... epic man is epic

  • Very emotional song to me. By the way, isn't "bordertown" from the move Mad Max?

  • Best song created in the last 5000 or so years.

  • What a beautiful song by Buckethead, but maybe it has reference to the Holocaust, and all of the Gypsies that died. Just a thought.

  • @ShadowNinjaGhost Maybe it's a tribute... that's definitely something to think over! just remember, if anyone should pay them tribute, buckethead should, just because his powers over music could move anyone, even the dead! :D If you think buckethead is amazing, be glad to know there's one thing you'll ALWAYS be right about.

  • oh great tune,,so buckethead can play it all huh???....

    right on man........

  • Jurassic Park at 1:35 -1:46 anyone??

  • Those 3 dislikes are of people who don't understand music

  • Comment removed

  • why put your name right smack in the middle of all that beautiful footage?

  • @Salvadorsalais It's not my name, it's the watermark that came with the video editor. I couldn't remove it.

  • @bordertown haha i had the same problem wit that video editor. soooo frustrating

  • @bordertown should of cracked it :/

  • @bordertown use windows movie maker

  • @bordertown register the video editor. mybe

  • @bordertown @Salvadorsalais haha yea cause your name is Created by unregistred version XD

  • @bordertown Because you didn't feel like spending $60 to register it?

  • @Salvadorsalais dude c'mon hahaha

  • @Salvadorsalais yeah sure his name is unregistered version

  • @Salvadorsalais Fucking retard kid.

  • just bear with me here, because this may seem like a mean thing to say, but the truth of it is, the people who don't like buckethead are the ones who will have a miserable life, because they don't have his music to unlock the door to their mind. there may be other artists that do this, but they just don't do it like buckethead does. with every note, buckedhead sends you deeper into the realm of your mind.

  • who needs pot when we have buckethead :)

  • If i ever produce a major motion picture, i'll have Buckethead compose the score.

  • After hearing things like Jordan and some of his stuff messing around. It took me awhile to believe this on shear fact that its like 180 degrees from what he usually does. The only similarity is that his guitar skill still surpasses most people. Bravo Buckethead. Bravo.

  • reminds me SO MUCH of Canon in D! :)

  • Buckethead helps us find the part of our soul that we didn't know we had. It helps set a part of us free. Without a word just his masterful elegance of how he speaks to us.

  • @olpmmone - holy nuts. what you said is exactly the truth. could not have said it better if jesus christ uttered those words.

  • To be quite honest, this song does something beautiful. I can't explain it, but I'm sure all of you feel it too. You start to tear up, you start getting a little emotional, and you just feel the need to cry and let everything out. I love Buckethead, my number ONE artist there will ever be. No one can compete with Big B.

  • @6sad1and6loveless - I cannot explain it. It is what he is. it is baffling. BH is the symbol of tone that connects emotions to everything. Like a network of images and colors running through the tiny universe that is our imaginations.

  • @6sad1and6loveless EXACTLY!! YESSSS!!!! i cry evrtime!!! )'=

  • @6sad1and6loveless If I could, I'd give you a million thumbs up.

  • All in the waiting

    Spell of the gypsies

    I love my parents

    Wondering

    Wishing Well

    Planeta

    Sketches of spain

  • @ToolsnFire

    lol

    well

    32,8% of the entire list

  • @dreadbet , not even, you've barely started, your list is around 10%- of his 'ambient' amazing compositions and collaborations

  • this is amazing. then again, i'm high as shit right now...

  • *Picks up jaw*

It's been so long, since I heard emotion like this in an instrumental song! And Buckethead manages to do this everytime!

  • half step down

  • half step down

  • Any links to the correct tabs of this song? I can't find the right ones and this is definately a song I really want to play!!!

  • Definitely in c major. try fiddling with that

  • @MinGophers

Actually, here it sounds like it's being played in Bmajor/G# minor, but Buckethead uses Capo on the first fret (and a bucket).

  • are you suuure???

  • Paaaah nvm. I think you're right. but C maj sounds so much happier XD lol

  • So beautifull... I get all those good memories from when i was a little child. :) Thanks Buckethead, for making this amazing song.

  • i had too learn this song, its sooo beautiful

  • i think of my girlfriend when this song plays its just so touching and i feel this song in my heart

  • Comment removed

  • ive listened to quite a few of these emotional ones, their simple but so so so so effective :) i could just keep listening

  • totally

  • theres no bad thing to say about buckethead or his music :)

  • Takes you to a different world, doesn't it? it's a beautiful thing, really. music that takes the mind and soul, and projects them to another place, it's truly beautiful.

  • @Machiniman20 It really is, my friend.

  • @SkyBird226 I don't know why, but this song brings back memories for me. Really good ones, really bad ones. it's hypnotic poetry in the form of guitar.

  • @Machiniman20 Indeed, same here. My mother passed away recently, and without sounding too cliché, Buckethead really has helped me cope through it.

  • @SkyBird226 Heh, sound cliche if you like! that's pretty much the only way I know how to speak!

Also, I can't truly say I understand how you feel, as all of the reletives I know are still alive. the worst thing that's happened to me is my brother leaving for college (Which buckethead helped me with as well). but either way, my deepest condolences.

    ~Machiniman20

  • @Machiniman20 Thanks, dude. ^)^ Buckethead really is magical. I mean, one minute he's epically shredding, the next he's just weird, and then...he's just beautiful. :)

  • 64 Bucket head songs in a play list and I haven't even begun.

  • Beautiful , Absolutely Beautiful.

  • I'll bet even angels cover his songs.

    Peace.

  • @olpmmone right on dude!!!

  • @olpmmone But fail trying :) Buckethead is the highest angel

  • This song reminds me of our nation music style here in portugal, Fado.

Fado is this kinda of music but with voice, normaly sad songs and we are proud of it, and Bucket like that ;)

    5/5 to this amazing musician*

  • this song precisely sums up my life. I honestly don't know where I would be without Buckethead. In a ditch, sobbing I guess.

  • Dude cmon Buckethead isn''t about being some emo kid.

    Man up.

I really have no sympathy for you, but you got some talent from seeing your vids.

  • I want to hear this music when I die.. maybe Electric Tears.. Maybe Angel Monster.. Maybe something else.. Depends how I die. But that's not for another 60 years.. L.O.L.

    AWESOME SONG!

  • For me it would have to be this padmasana or wondering...

  • this song makes me want to hold someone really close

  • 1:35 to 1:49 makes me misty eyed everytime

  • when my child is born this will be the song going on in backround while its climbing out

  • climbing out?

    lol

  • Lol@ when it's climbing out, you make it seem like a little gremlin crawling out of a defected cow womb or something

  • ouch

hate to be whoever you knocked up :L

nah seriously though good choice of music :)

  • this video reminds me of winter, 5/5

  • possibly because its in sweden and finalnd and there is snow on the the ground?

  • it reminds me of gypsies lol

  • something about this video that really just compels me, i cant even explain in words..its just something that really makes me feel diffrent with this great music

  • Absoluitely awsome... Buckethead plays great music. People thinks he is just another shredder with unlistenable music showing only hes incredible speed. But its not true cuz he's got lot of songs with feeling... With some kind of magic.

Most of those magic songs telling that Buckethead is very sad man... (not fucking emo meaning. And sry for bad english) Long life Buckethead whoever you are

  • he's Buckethead nothing more nothing less

  • True music 5/5

  • Sure , this man is one of the best!

  • i'm sure that every person who heard this song became a fan

  • i wish. i got my cousin to listen to it and he hates all his songs. WTF IS HIS PROBLEM???

  • maybe he's retarded? no offense ^^

  • you should slap him to wake him up from his stopid ways because if anybody in this world doesn't like "Soothsayer" they are fucked up.

Great song by the way, very soothing and relaxing, and enlightening

  • wow, 32,000 views. Totally deserves it. Absoluitely amazing. 5/5

  • He takes the literal flavor of chicken and translates it into music.

    Beautiful *tear*

  • What a magnificent song..

    Truly just.. beautiful.

I don't think there's any way to describe Buckethead without sounding vague.

A musician like him doesn't come around ever once in a while.. but something more like once in an eternity...

  • big b for president

  • Comment removed

  • Sweden and Finland are soooooo beutiful :) love that i live in sweden :) The song is awsome too :D Buckethead is my GOD

  • come on i know that buckethead has definetaly got to be in the top 5 guitarist in the world, but don't you think making him your god is going a little to far.
