  • ..but, the meditation.. SNNNNIIFFFF... is great.

  • "TURN ME ON DEAD MAN !"

  • The song at the beginning is an acoustic demo of "Sour Milk Sea" written by George Harrison during the Beatles stay in India, and later to be released by Apple Records on the first Jackie Lomax album.

  • HER ACCENT IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BEAUTIFUL

  • whats the song at the beginning?

  • @Bill5298 it's called sour milk sea.

  • Jane was probably still meditating during this interview...

  • @jacenty841 whats the song at the beginning please? :)

  • And Jane says.......nothing. Woo.

  • can someone please tell me the story about the beatles meditating and going to india and all that. ive heard they went to india to meditate but why?

oh, and jane has a beautiful beautiful voice.

  • Paul was a BIG idiot!

  • @VanneHenley No. JANE was a big idiot.

  • @GreenBaldrick What? No! Jane is a wonderful woman. She's so great and Paul lost her.

  • @VanneHenley Why was he an idiot?

  • @MegaGGary Because Jane is an amazing woman. I love Jane, she's very talented, she's so beautiful, she's a great actress and he cheated on her like a million times. He lost a WONDERFUL woman.

I love Paul, he's my favorite beatle, but he was very stupid. He shouldn't have cheated on her.

Anyway, I think she was too much for Paul, they just weren't mean to be.

  • @VanneHenley Yeah, you're right about that.

  • @VanneHenley yup he sure did she is amazing beautiful even at 65

  • @VanneHenley nothing and noone's too much for paul....

  • Does anybody out there have the 1968 David Frost Interview/ Paul Hosting the Show ? I saw it as a child when it aired but never online. I only found one reference to it in the David Frost Archives. And it's not the Beatles Performing Hey Jude either, it was Paul alone in a Sweater talking to Guest..., In Color.

  • You lot just got conned my mr Yogi

  • *sniff sniff* It surprised me so much that I'm crying... being raised a hardcore Republican...hearing one of the Beatles (can we say LIBERAL???) say something halfway conservative....breaks meh heart...

  • Jane left because Paul couldn't get his head through any doors, and had a tremendous "zipper" problem. Way to go, Jane!

  • @vinishdo what do you mean by zipper problem? he couldnt pull his zipper back up without pinching it?!

  • @Abe91195

Many men suffer from the "zipper problem". Paul, like Ahhhnold, couldn't "keep it in his pants".

His wang kept springing out the minute Jane wasn't in the room.

  • What is the man saying at :149? i can't understand his question!!

  • she had fat legs this one...looks like a drag in the sack too..paul cheated on her left and right...good he didnt marry her...looks like a ballbreaker....linda was a cool hippie chick..

  • oh, jeez....did Paul really say that the poverty in India is because Indians are lazy? His ass would get nailed to the wall for that today!

  • jane had the sweetest voice ever;')

  • Thank you for posting this.

  • this is a lot of bs. wonder if he ever thinks about this nonsense,

  • Jane's voice is so sweet and awwn i love her so much!

  • God, her voice is sooo lovely.

  • Lucky Jane-_- Until Paul cheated on her...I love Paul.

  • @wecanworkitout2 He cheated on her?!?!?! I thought that was a lie! Oh, the horror! My sweet and innocent little Paul, I never woulda thought he could be cabable of something so....so.....oh, I can't believe it!

  • @jasonaldeanqueen24 I know right? He's so sweet!! But yeah he apparently didn't like that Jane was becoming so independent so while she was away he cheated an affair with Francie Schwartz. There's a video that I favorited on my channel if you wanna see what Francie says about it.

  • @wecanworkitout2 really?? i thot paul and her got a divorce cuz she was a psyco, attention craving bitch?? wait what happened???

  • @soccerlovekk Actually no she was becoming too independent for him and when she left to do some acting thing he had an affair with an American woman and Jane found out about it. There's a video on my channel I favorited where the American woman is interviewed. It's called "Beatles Biggest Secrets" if you wanna watch it.

  • @wecanworkitout2 oh ohkay thanks=]

  • Jane's so lovely :)

  • her voice reminds me of luna lovegood

  • paul and jane.....um..no

    paul and linda...:))))

is it just me or do they already look very unhappy here?

  • a interview with "false paul"

  • Respond to this video... what makes you think im a fully mature male

  • @cutandpaste1 what makes you think im mature white male

  • with all due respect to jane and paul, im kinda glad they didn't marry. they were cute together but they were both from different worlds (she was an actoress. he was a musician) I read somewhere Paul and Jane would have arguments and fights over stupid stuff as simple as she wanted the window closed but he wanted it opened. Im happy that he married Linda they seemed to get along real lovely. Linda was his soulmate. RIP Linda

  • your dinners in the oven Alfie ;O)

  • She sounds like Sandy from Grease..

  • Paul was a man whore. made great music though...

  • i always thought paul and jane were super adorable together. (: but i get why it didn't work out, since they both had jobs that required traveling and they couldn't be together much. plus the francie thing was the last straw, i suppose.

  • !! GREATTT THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

  • Read the book 'Paul McCartney: A Life' by Peter Ames Carlin. It explains everything about how Paul met Linda in May '67 and reconnected with her in May '68 (and the rest was history!) Very good book for any Macca fan.

  • They split up because Paul dies, was replaced by William (Billy Shears) Campbell. Who later fell in love with Linda Eastman...geez lousie don't you people know any of this?

    Kidding....just kidding.

  • @GonzoGuyy dont even joke

  • @soccerlovekk well you do know this is one of the biggest "clues" that the real Paul died. even the timing is right. Even though I really don't believe the death rumors, one has to admit far too much is there to be mere coincidence.

  • @GonzoGuyy Geeeeeezzzz ya, whatever you say..."Paul Is Dead"....rubbish...

  • @TheCatwoman61 So you are saying he is dead then?

  • @GonzoGuyy Absolutely Not!! Paul is very much alive, in his late 60's, and still rockin' ....never was a Billy Campbell or a Shears, knock off the mind games mate...

  • @TheCatwoman61 I don't think Paul is dead. Maybe I did when the whole thing started back in '69. Even though I think a lot of the "clues" are people seeing and hearing what they want to. There are a few that have to have been done on purpose. Even if it got to be a joke with The Beatles and their fans. Some were done on purpose.

Relax. As far as I'm concerned it's a joke, and that is the way I am treating it.

  • @GonzoGuyy this is true, john lennon loved it and made fun of it.

Later on though, he used it as ammunition in his son "how do you sleep"

  • @GonzoGuyy as long as 'william' knows how to play bass, guitar, piano, ukulele,..and to sing like Paul McCartney, I still like him.

  • @GonzoGuyy he did not fall in love with her she found out hes a fake married him its called black mail and for the money and fame

  • @GonzoGuyy omg i watched a movie about that, and i almsost started crying it's a rumor of course but the facts they put toghter made you belive a whole bunch of stuff..damn

  • @McCartneyStarr13 I remember when it all began. There clearly were well placed "clues" left for anyone that cared to look for them. There was even a man that wrote a book a few years ago. He still claims the real Paul is dead.

Again I am not saying I believe all of it. Yes, when it all began I was very obsessed, and diligently looked for clues. In fact I recall most of them.

  • @GonzoGuyy i know but people say paul is dead, i don't believe it, but the things i heard and saw seemed so real, that you think why would they go through all that just to come out as false? doesn't make sense!!

  • @McCartneyStarr13 Well I think in the beginning it was a few coincidences that too may people read too much into. I do think eventually there was a conscience effort on The Beatles part to have a laugh on the whole thing.

I also know that some of the "backwards" stuff is just phonetics. For example, if you say number nine over and over, than play it backwards (which one can do with a porta studio type recorder) you get something that sounds like turn me on dead man.

  • @GonzoGuyy well yes i know i just don't think it's real too much to take in

  • @GonzoGuyy Hahaha good one buddy, I was about to go ape on you till I saw the kidding part!

  • @GonzoGuyy hahaha you nearly had me there, i was about to uber troll you :p

  • @CheerleaderKatiexx Well I do think much of it the clues were planted, but I don't think Paul really died. I know the rumors will persist. For kicks I do like to keep up with the latest ones. I would say about every six months or say I check the latest. Yes, they are still being found even today.

  • @GonzoGuyy Paul really was not in love w/Linda when they got engaged..It was more like I got photographs to prove your a fraud so marry me or else! He did kind of liked her so marrage it was! (same like Heather aka Rita)

  • @Godzie1 So you are saying Paul is dead?

  • @GonzoGuyy No I'm saying...

"leprechauns are falling from the sky" (yeesh)

Of course I'm saying he's dead!

  • @Godzie1 Which is akin to saying leprechauns are falling from the sky.

  • I thought they were the cutest couple! Too bad they didn't marry. :\

  • @ilovesushii94 No! She was all wrong for him. Linda gave him what he really wanted--a nice homelife, a family. She was his true soulmate.

  • @cutandpaste1 ? im kinda confused. what do you mean you dont want to know about that

  • i mean that we don't want to acknowledge let alone dwell on what's happened to women (the coarsening), because there's no going back to the way things were (kinder, gentler). we (men) have to play the hand we're dealt.

  • @cutandpaste1 i think alot of women are bitter because men's sphere of influence has and will continue to be the strongest. As a woman (19), being African American ive gotten over it. I really dont want to be seen as the black angry woman type, but id be lying if i said i never thought about how unfair i perceive the world to be. Well thank god for death, something to look forward to.

  • Nobody take this personally, but George and Patti were definitely the cutest couple

  • Um belo casal.

  • i wonder if they still talk to each other to this day

  • Jane had such a sweet voice!

  • was everygirl as sweet as that back then? even pattie boyd had like a really (should i call it) 'delicate' voice

  • @14jetblack you're right. back then they had delicates voices you're right.

  • ei rapaziada

    assitam

    oghi - dance balance

  • Jane sounds like a little girl!

  • I love her voice!

  • he meditated and shagged around behind her back so she gave him the flick his a creep i never liked that bloke if it wasent for george there wouldnt be the beatles

  • @simbadidge withouht JOHN there wouldnt be the beatles you prat

  • @simbadidge who are you talking about

and yes i agree with you about john but i love john so much until 1966 after 1966 forget him he just turned into a disguesting cruel drug addict he left his wife and son and the beatles for yoko ono so fucking john lennon after 1966

  • @ lurking99 ummm what the hell are your talking about people just thought he was dead because when they took the picture for the cover for the abbey road album he took his shoes off cause it was hot and he said I don't get how it all adds up but whatever. This just shows you know nothing about the beatles and that you should really shut your mouth I saw paul McCartney in august don't ever make up some terrible bs like that. Oh do you Also believe in the tooth fairy and Santa clause still little

  • Paul should have married Jane. Now there was a real lady!

  • I prefer Linda! I mean, she was his real wife after all!!

  • @cieloraa Linda was his soulmate ♥

  • we all possess real and fake qualities~ being human and all.

  • what i find fascinating is that the SUPER determined, ruthless to a degree, brave/cowardly, profound/sillyass Paul of the 1960's would have laughed his ass off at Paul the 'Veggie.' Nor could Paul the Veggie, have written "all them great tunes."

  • beatlequeen, Jane uh, has an opinion, it's just that unlike you, she THINKS before yapping. she has culture, class and education, something you dont have. and as for the clown that said she didn't find paul attractive at 67 - i think he'll lose little sleep, MLOL! i'm mainly kidding you both.

  • Jane's little girl voice is gone. It's considerably lower. In fact it was considerably lower in the 70's.

  • he's 25.5 here, and no Jane was certainly not Paul's first love; LOL and yeah, he should have kept her. and no, i don't thing she has fond memories of P. McCartney.

  • p0ll3npOny - they're far better off. and hey, any chance i can get to knock the Indian Subcontinent I'd be a fool not to take.

  • Jane was nice- but just a girlfriend not really serious about it either of them.

  • awwww. i love paulie

  • Nearly exactly a year later he was married to someone else....

But these two were too different. You can see in this interview that they aren't a couple any more.

Nice to hear her speak, I never saw them in an interview together.

  • Paul is sadly crois correct! Britain was the best thing that ever happened to the Indian subcontinent. They perpetrated some crimes I don't deny but Britain's occupation started the process by which the insane Indian caste system fueled by the fake 'hope' of reincarnation was shattered.

It is only within the last 20 years that India has indeed stopped "lying around" and started working.

  • @caesarcerf Yeah, now they have jobs and work 40 hours a week so they can afford cheap Chinese trinkets and a mortgage. Best thing that ever happened to them!

  • Paul is an impatient person. He hurt multiple people with his impatience. But if she was not able to conform with him for who he was, they could never have lasted. And that's exactly why they didn't.

  • @PhantomKitty957 Paul wanted Jane to give up her career, marry and stay home. He had trouble-at that time, wondering WHY a woman would flail and work herself to death outside the home if she didn't have to. He'd watched his own mother go out in the middle of the night as part of HER job before she died when Paul was 14. Jane loved Paul and she loved her career. They were actually engaged on Xmas Day 1967, but never set a date-obviously. Think both have fond memories though of the other.

  • @libralady1010 She broke off the engagement ON LIVE TV (real classy) in '67. I think Jane loved PAUL (who died in '66), but Jane didn't love FAUL (Faux Paul, which is what Lennon called him). This is FAUL, or Billy Shepherd aka Billy of Billy Pepper & the Pepperpots (where do you think Sgt. Pepper came from?)

  • @Lurking99 paul mccartney is NOT DEAD

  • @Lurking99 yes,of course, and there's an invisible goat holding up the Earth-didn't you know?

  • @libralady1010 Paul's relationship with Jane broke up in 1968. Earlier the same year his friendship with John broke up too. I wonder if there's a connection. I mean I think Paul needed a woman who was there for him most of the time. Jane was not prepared to do that.

  • jane's got a very posh accent :_)

    and cute, too!

I can see why Paul was charmed

  • finally 60's jane speaks =)

  • Paul is way to good for Jane. Linda was so much better for him also she helped him with the stress after the beatles broke up!

  • @melissajb14

Ms Asher has never spoke or writtern of her time with Paul McCartney; this is to be admired in the "tell-all" era we live in.

  • Nice interview. They look cute together, but I notice they didn't look at each other once throughout the whole interview. Can sort of see the end coming here.

  • jane was a keeper. too bad he didn't keep her.

  • @TheZeke165 well, he didn't deserve her.

  • me 2 vulcanicspice

  • I still can't believe that Paul cheated on her with francie schwartz. But I still love Paul.

  • @bjkatt7 Yeah me neither.... Francie was horrid. Jane was a top class act.

  • I expected her to have a sultry voice, haha. But now that I think about it this soft, high-pitch voice also suits her. :) She's so pretty.

  • Jane's voice is so cute!! :)

  • Oh god, speaking from an Indian's POV... shut up, Paul, just shut up. Especially the bit at 1:35. Yes, I'm sure you can blame the poverty in India on the so-called fatalistic Hindu religion (what the fuck) rather than oh, I don't know, a massive population and unequal distribution of resources (not to mention a severe lack of resources due to aftereffects of ENGLISH COLONIALISM).

God, white people sometimes, I swear.

  • @firebreeze The Indians are too peaceful and they shouldn't have fell for England's divide and conquer trick. Plus, England's a lot more musically talented. ; )

  • @NinetiesYouth Uh, you're calling the Rajputs peaceful? Resistance had nothing to do with it, and England didn't need to divide a subcontinent that was already made up of several kingdoms/states. As for being more musically talented -- that's debatable, considering the musical tradition/culture that's existed in India since, oh, I don't know, forever. :P

  • @firebreeze musical tradition/culture always existed everywhere. It's just that England actually uses chord progressions and makes harmonies.

  • @firebreeze

    chill dude..

he's 24 year old and is being as much honest as he can.

this attitude will get you nowhere.

  • @Korn1holio Um, okay? He was being patronising and I reacted to it, that's all.

  • I Love Janes voice!

  • for some weird reason i didn't expect jane to talk like that

like with a really soft kinda high voice

  • Without Jane, some Beatles songs woulnt exist, like: Im looking through You, And I Love Her are 2 examples that come to my mind but she was a Huge part in Paul's life. Plus, there cute togther ;p

  • What song is playing at the beginning?

  • A song by Jackie Lomax

  • It is a pity in less than a year he would be well and truly entangled with Jane's complete opposite who not only sounded like a shrew but dressed like one and acted like one. Jane is a class act but I noted she does not look particularly happy during this interview. Wonder what was going on there?

  • @cheryljane Very well said!!! My sentiments exactly!

  • paul and jane are pretty much my favourite couple ever, they're both so beautiful.

  • AlbertJocks,whats your fucking point

  • maybe she's shy...

  • paul was 21 and she was 17...that isnt bad at all!

  • Paul had a good point. Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for life.

  • @sbarr10 you're disgusting

  • She is so beautiful yet she can't see it.

  • @MrsChristopherAsher Nor can I. If it wasn't for her hair it would be difficult to see if she is even a woman in this clip!

  • she oisnt manly! she is beautiful!

  • woow janes voice is so soft and pretty, and she was beautiful and her hair was nice too. and she was with paul. jeeealouss :S

  • so cool to see,Ive never seeing it before.thnaks 4 sharing,I loooove all things BEATLES,i SWEAR

  • yup, yee olde pauli could never really do 'profound'...and little oxygen left for jane.she has plenty now though.not soon after that interview. anyway, who cares.

  • Paul with his ukulele LOL :D

  • That happened on my birthday,

now if i had been born to see these wonderful men in action:(

  • jane tiene una voz muy dulce *O*

  • Paul in a rare moment of clear-headedness, (reportedly he and John had not been free of drugs which do addle the mind over time for years), fresh back from India was SPOT ON: it would STILL take all the money of america to save india and indians from their assinine and as Paul perfectly put it, "fatalistic religion."

this new PM Singh seems to be kicking India up its arse which it BADLY needs.

  • yeah and I don't know why the went to india to take up meditation

  • "persuade all the indians to start working" - nice one!

  • I wish there were more footage of the two of them together, I always thought they made a great couple :)

  • @vulcanicspice Asher and the REAL Paul made a great couple. This imposter a-hole FAUL (Lennon's name for him = Faux Paul) SUCKS! "Lady Jane" should COME CLEAN and tell the world the TRUTH!!! What happened to James Paul McCartney, who died in '66? This is BILLY SHEPERD of Billy Pepper and the Pepperpots! (where do you think "Sgt. Pepper" came from?)

  • @Lurking99 Uhm.......? Sure, whatever you say.

  • @Lurking99 crazy

  • Jane and Paul look so cute together! I wish they hadn't split up -__-

  • i no , if paul wasn't a womenizer at the time i have feeling he wouldnt have ever left jane

  • I really like the hairstile of Jane, and the short hair of Cilia Black (a good friend of Jane and Paul in that years) saddenly i'm not white and my hair is black. That kind of stiles looks awful in my head.

  • Actually he got it right- its the religion.

  • I think Ringo looks even better for his age. Can you believe the man is going to be 70 next year?!?!?!

  • @randomloves74 Yeah, Ringo got old good.

  • @randomloves74 I'm late to answer this but just for the fun of it: Ringo turned 70 two weeks ago.

  • exactly. (=

  • what's wrong with the now Paul?

  • jane is sooo beautiful! i wish she was sitting next to me instead of paul! xD

  • Two months after this interview, Jane and Paul split up.

  • yeh he does look good for his age, thats true

    :)
