@soostark a rhinestone picker. but a wet toothpivk, pointed dotting tool, tweezers etc will work as well

What is that your using to pick up and place the rhinestones? A cotton swab dipped in something? You could use the same technique as with the Winnie the Pooh and Piglet for Keroppi and the Heart, right?

@Lovemegoofy you can use the plastic bag technique for any design you want. I'm using a rhinestone picker for the rhinestones but a wet toothpick will work too
