@WalidAlgeria1 Well, if i were you i'd do reserch. i got my little baby just 3 days ago now, if that, and they do tend to be extremely nervouse - especially if yours is 10 weeks or less like mine, or parent raised. Search online all the different "how to tame your budgie" sites, and teach him to trust you-it can take months-what is most important is patience. I would leave him to it totally for the first couple of days-to get used to his cage and his new home. dont be pushy - He will get there.x

I noticed that my budgie repeats sounds from some commercials on the TV, but I think he said "Gimme kiss" today for the first time (we have him more than a year now). I talk to him every single day and I LOVE when he sits on my shoulder and gives kisses.

Let me explain how to teach a bird to talk. First, have a MALE budgie and then give it a LOT of attention while repeating words. That is about all there is to it. Budgies are very intelligent and will learn on their own.

@pixxiwes :O I have a parakeet!! (budgie) Give them seeds you'll probably see the proper ones at the pet store. It will have a budgie picture on it, most likely. Then go ahead and get a water container, and arrange them in the cage. Put like perches n toys n stuff. Your budgie will probably get scared at first but over time will begin to relax. Plus you need to give them plenty of water, and interact with them. Budgies r very social!

do this training 1-3 times a week..
