Alright, let me break the draft down...

Herro's top 2 choices were Ken Anderson and Del Rio. Dameon's #1 was the Miz. There's two scenarios:

1. Herro takes the Miz (what happened). Then, Dameon trades picks 2 and 3 for the Miz. Result: Dameon gets the Miz, Herro gets Ken Anderson and Del Rio.

2. Herro picks Ken Anderson first. Dameon picks the Miz next. Herro then picks Del Rio. Result: Dameon gets the Miz, Herro gets Ken Anderson and Del Rio.

Point: Same result either way!
