Why get into a 360 hp car and bitch about the gas mileage? 2 things that are poor about the g8 are the low center armrest and the orange dash and center stack displays (especially the battery & oil gage on the center stack...butt ugly). Brakes are a bit soft but the car is outstanding, pee your pants exciting in all other aspects.

The G8 GT does not get 20MPG city and 28MPG highway...this guy is full of shit. Also, the G8 GT does not do 0-60 in less than 5 seconds, try 5.2. This guy needs to tell the truth about the car, not make up stuff that sounds good.

Where did you get your MPG figures from? Those numbers you mentioned are possible, but after a new computer tune.

It weighs about 50 more pounds than a BMW 550i, but it's faster. It also more closely matches the dimensions and subsequent room of a 7 series BMW, but weighs 500 pounds less. "Same stupid cars" indeed.

How much is the base model in the V8 version of the 2008 Pontiac G8? I thought I read somewhere that it was around $30,000. But not sure . I hope it's true.
