You guys know that the rehearsal for "Mannequin" wasn't for the tour. At all. It was done by a different choreographer, it was going to be performed at the 2008 vmas to show she's ready for the spotlight. "Mannequin" was also going to be the first single but they scratched that idea and they went with "Womanizer" and gave her hosting the vmas.

@JuergenBastian You do realize that even after you've "recovered" from a knee injury that kind of thing doesn't just automatically go away. What you don't seem to get is that the knee is more prone to injury after it's been injured once, which is likely the reason she doesn't dance the way she used to. She is also OLDER than she used to be, and her change of style could be another reason she doesn't dance the way she used to.

The reason brit can't really dance like she used to is because of her knee injury. I thought this was common Britney-knowledge. It's tough to recover from something like that especially if it's not your first injury. And she's still going out there and trying in those heels nonetheless!

I was here that night and Britney was amazing!!! She never disappoints. Who cares if she lip syncs or sings along with the track. If she's so "not good" like people say, how is it that she's able to sell out almost every concert she's ever performed...and dance in 7 inch heels no less! I love Britney but the reason her lip syncing was always tolerated is because of her amazing dancing. If she's not going to bust out some amazing dance moves, she either needs to sing or get off the stage. Disappointing. Put on sneakers and dance. No one cares about how high your stupid boots are.

If you do some research back during her onyx hotel tour she suffered a leg injury and it was her second one , she said in an interview that her second injury left her unable to move like she use to . She even had Wayde Robinson come back when she first started with circus because she wanted to try and dance like she use to but she could not do ot

This is horrible to watch. DOESNT COMPARE TO ONYX HOTEL, DREAM WITHIN A DREAM, OOPS, CRAZY2K or Baby one more time tour. She neeeds to go back and look how she performed this song as she useto do it amazing, and now theres no spark i find. I'm a fan but I have to say that this is a shame. I know she had really serius matters, but isn't a excuse to show a performance so ugly like this. She doesn't sing live, but the really matter is how she dance. Some time ago, in The Onyx Hotel or Dream Within a Dream Tour, she performed really good dancings, even if she didn't sing live the final result was satisfaction when you see the show. NOW, I only feel shame, because she dances really ugly!!!!!!!
