Lawyers for asbestos cases should be pro bono and subsidized by the government recognizing that this country was pummled by a evil (1 among many, see fracking today) that knew what it was doing hiding under a 30 year space to get away with it. No one should profit from a wrongful death other then the family. Those supervisors, foreman and Company owners still alive should be tracked down and face criminal charges, but thats not our society now is it? it aint gonna happen. No fracking way

@guitargold77 We agree that the companies responsible for asbestos diseases knew what they were doing for a long time. Yet asbestos litigation is very complex and requires an investment in resources that could not be obtained if the work was done pro bono.
