At 60, I'm discovering The Jam. As a big Kinks fan hearing them cover David Watts I was pleasantly surprised. But...near the very end when the repeated "wish I could be like" goes higher with each repetition, The Jam craps out. Hear the Kinks' version or, better yet, get the album - "Something Else By The Kinks".

I only found out today that this was originaly by the Kinks Whilst reading a book about the 70s decade (it also talks about the 60s & other decades) so I came home & down loaded it, it's good but not nearly as good as this!
