someone else correct me if i am wrong ...parkour would be more of viewing a building and quickly trying to find a way to get on the building while sustaining much momentum and technique, free running would be more like dude wouldnt it be sweet to get on that building and to front flip off of it (basically apply tricking to parkour but not quite and street climbing is basically scaling buildings...hope this helped
