Winrar is an extracting and compression program and Utorrent is a BitTorrent Client or peer to peer sharing protocol. or in other words. utorrent is a downloading clieant program. :D you cant download those games i gave you without utorrent. if you don't want to install utorrent. you can just use your default browser and find some direct link download

I've had this problem where I download something and I extract the rar files and it gives me a folder called PSP GAME. I put this in my psp and it says it corrupted.

@yuran1500 yes it s safe if you use it wisely, the website doesn't have a virus, it depends on what you download, some downloads contain viruses. but i only give the link which one i tried and scan it with my antivirus. have a nice day...
