i'm sure this was meant to be a positive protest. so instead of going on and on about the god the men there believe in (because some of the women believe in the same god) we should show more support torwards the ladies who participated because they were very brave to protest so openly.

We are such a peaceful people and religion and in no way condone these awful actions by this small group of people. In the Jewish religion we have a phrase for actions like this "Chilul Hashem" a "Desecration of God's Name" meaning these peoples actions have made the Jewish people be portrayed in a negative way which simply isn't the Jewish way.
