If that's how you feel about it. I'm prepared to say that so called socialist ideas shouldn't be banned simply because they're influenced by left-wing ideology. I think it's important to analyze and embrace those parts of an idea that's actually working. Take the industry: Why is some of Taylor's principles (Scientific Management) still used to this day...by almost every company? His theories are widely despised and I'll guarantee you none of these companies will admit endorsing them.

Yes, it's like a breath of fresh air when someone is actively attempting to enlighten people. Why is there such a small ammount of people with open minds?
My speculation is because people don't want to question their assumptions. It's too upsetting to think about the consequences. In other words, if you believe in and trust your leaders and they aren't trustworthy, will you dismiss your belief or your leaders? Many people dismiss their belief. That's where we are now...People need to claim their power and reach for more: Citizen Power (book) by Mike Gravel.

JANUARY 1ST is the mass donation day for MIKE GRAVEL!!! Everyone please donate, lets help get Mike's message out there! Thanks, and don't forget to spread the word!
Only a news reporter who gets paid well and lives in a fancy house, like this Moron, will disagree that this war was a waste (which it was). Ask any normal working American and they would agree that this war has been totally in vain.
Well, not totally in vain... They've been pretty successful so far in taking our past, present and future money and transferring it to themselves while turning us into a 3rd world nation. The worst is the death of the civilian Iraqis. Soldiers know they may die. Iraqi people did nothing. They just happened to be in a country with huge oil reserves.
Also , Gravel was not specific enough in his details ... He fail to make it clear who is fighting who over there ... It's American soldiers killing civilians from Iraq. How fucking weak is that one ? They are not fighting some military ... There is no real military in that area . I need to put a bullet in that reporter toes for every person that died in that area maybe then he starts to get a clue of what is really happening there.
For the piece of shit corrupted faggot ass of republican reporter who took the interview i have this :
Why don't you go and take oil by force from Russia or some other country who does have a military and nukes ? Your fucked up LA and NY would disapear from the map instantly . Corrupted fuckers like you should be sent on the battlefield to die in vain.
Gravel doesn't need to have a clue about monetary policy ... He can allways hire somebody like Ron Paul if that would make your clitoris more happy ... He's not corrupted as the rest of the democrats and republicans and he speaks the truth ... That's all it matters.
Gravel studied economics at Columbia University in the mid 1950s. He does know what he is talking versus your ideological conservative Christian pedant, Ron Paul, who does NOT know enough to be able to talk about what Gravel is talking about. Ron Paul has been a GYNECOLOGIST for almost 50 years.
Like most of us, Mike Gravel has had both successes and failures in life--not just failures. Your disinformation doesn't work with informed Gravel supporters. Spew on yourself.
Isn't it sad, how DUMBED DOWN Americans have become, that they vote for whoever they are MANIPULATED into voting for, without doing their homework, and realizing they are being DUPED?!
In this day & age, when there is so much information on the Internet, there is NO EXCUSE for this SELF-INFLICTED STUPIDITY!
Posters like bobbyclerici who show up on certain sites and drop false, negative comments like his are just trying to play people. They spew their venom right in front of other people and wait for a reaction. For a snake, that might be normal behavior. In a human, it's definitely perverse.
One other observation -- our economy is MANIPULATED by the Federal Reserve, and the BIG INT'L BANKERS, who STAGE Depressions/Recessions, and other "GLOBAL" economic crisis. They are FINANCIAL DICTATORS, who destroy the lower & middle classes for THEIR OWN PROFIT! They subsidized NAZI Germany, and watched while their own people died during the Holocaust!!
Try realnews dot com. They have real news stories, no commercials. They also interviewed Gravel for about ten minutes and it was a fairly intelligent, uninterrupted interview though Gravel blew the interviewer away every once in a while with his gusts of candor.
He's got that right. It takes me 5 minutes to find information on YouTube I'm looking forever, it might take me 5 weeks of watching CNN 24 hours a day before I find anything remotely for what I'm looking for - and yet I'll see the same story 90 times over.
Gravel and Ron Paul are the only candidates who have a clue and are willing to bring up the all important issues that the rest of them are too afraid and/or clueless address.

Yeh i like them but can we get Kucinich in there as well somehow. He's one of the good guys to and he would be awfully lonely out there on his own. :)
We need Doctors to fix healthcare in America, not more lawyers! Go Dr. Ron Paul!!!!
Everyone Join the Boston Tea Party on Dec 16th.... Donate $100... If your broke donate 50 0r 25..... One day or less pay is worth it because we get it back and more with less taxes!!!!
The American people need to smarten up, putting all your eggs in one basket (i.e: Ron Paul) is not a wise decision. We gotta help out Mike Gravel, expand our options so that in case anything "happens" to Paul (God forbid) we have somebody to fall back on. Mike Gravel is not getting into debates because he's not worth "1 million", we should organize a donation campaign for him - nothing like Ron Paul's money bomb, but 20 bucks a piece wouldn't hurt.
ya except ron paul actually has a chance. mike gravel has no shot at beating Hillary. We need to get behind ron paul and spread the message of freedom
That Mike Gravel is doing this nation a great service by confronting and telling the truth.
We have to stop this war. If we don't pull out were headed for a financial disaster win, loose or draw, but we will loose. If we don't elect Ron Paul, it will continue, and we can not afford another 2 trillion.
Like Gravel, these men tell the truth. Ron Paul raised 5 million last quarter, and so far 8.1 million this quarter which projects to 15.5m. He can win.
CNN has excluded Mike Gravel from their upcoming debate. Why? Because he is not worth $1 million. It's time to fight this ridiculous censorship by the mass media! Let's take our DEMOCRACY BACK!
Go to myspacecom/letgravelspeak and donate just $11.11, today on 11/11! Help Mike Gravel get into the debates! If anything, show CNN and NBC that this blatant censorship of candidates will NOT STAND! Just $11.11!
The fact is, Mike Gravel angered powerful people when he confronted Senator Clinton over Iran during last month's debate. Up to that moment the Clinton juggernaut was rolling over everyone. Now Mike is paying the price for speaking truth to power.
They wouldn't want people to actually vote for someone they believe in! Instead they want to herd us into supporting their pre-selected, corrupt, corporate-backed choices.
Fresh on the heels of MSNBC's exclusion of Senator Mike Gravel from last week's Philadelphia debate, we now hear that CNN has cut the Senator from its November 15 debate in Las Vegas. Like MSNBC, CNN's justification comes down to one ugly factor: MONEY.
I really hope gravel gets on the ballot, and I hope more people get to hear about him. He's got the best views of all the candidates, and I can see him becoming a good president.
Nice to see a republican that shows a fair and balanced video on youtube not the typical "look teh democrats are evil flip-floppers who eat babies". Kudos!
i just don't like that rhetoric, because wedge issues the so called left and right are what allows the elites or kings to get away with it. its divide and conquer.
besides the political scale, is not just left-right. One axis is social, the other fiscal right? So I'm fiscally conservative, and socially liberal which essentially translated to libertarian. The current party system is shit, so i don't like that partisan talk, creating wedge issues between people.
your confused. The Policies taken for the issues are left or right (liberal conservative respectively). The issues are still problems. They don't have a party affiliation.
And all I said was that Gravel has a liberal view on how we should solve things. While Ron Paul has a conservative way to do it.
Its only and issue if you turn away when you hear liberal and conservative before you hear the policies.
No, no I'm not confused. This is how it is, at least in theory. Democrats are traditionally fiscally and socially liberal. So gay marriage is okay, and its okay to spend everyone's money on Pub Health care. Republicans are socially authoritative and fiscally conservative. So you can't have gay marriage or prostitution but we won't spend your money on public programs.
I think it would be cool to have gay marriage and the gov not decide for me how to spend my money. Thats libertarian.
In reality though, this country is run by financial elites. and what they want is the public being atomized so people don't pay attention to what their doing and don't challenge their power. Thats why i don't like these petty political fights, like "Oh those republicans, I kicked their ass." Its counter productive.
We had a balanced budget when Clinton left office. Times have changed. It was a Republican who freed the slaves and now they are the last party that most African-Americans would vote for. Democrats are becoming better at money and Republicans are spending it. Everything changes.
either one is a 1000X better than the next candidate. But that would actually be a good deal cause the establishment would prolly try to take either of them out hehe, so the next could step right in.
So I ask that anyone, who is as concerned as I am about the power of the mainstream media and the military-industrial complex, speak out in support of my campaign today. Sign the online petition to have me included in the debate on Oct. 30th! petitionspot . com / petitions / letgravelspeakoct30
The fact that NBC is owned by General Electric, one of the world'sleading military contractors, is frightening and certainly smacksof censorship directed at the most outspoken critic of the influence that the military-industrial complex holds over this great nation. In the past decade, GE has benefited financially from the global war on terrorism and currently holds almost $2 billion in military contracts .
folks MG is not out. i just recieved a letter from him. don't believe the media or the polls. his support is strong and much more strong than they want you to think. direct quote from MG email to his supporters.
its all about Ron Paulie 08' .. donate what u can thisnovember5th(dot)com money bomba!! lets donate 100.00 each on that day or more to the cause.., Paul needs out support!!
I know he may seem harsh to the right side a bit, but thank you, techRepublican for VERY fairly showing this video! That was an unbelievably bi-partisan thing to do!!
Don't you Ron Paul suppoters get it? Hillary is going to be the next president. The people don't elect the president. Delegates do. Hillary has already paid for enough delegates to guarantee a win. Don'y worry. She'll take care of you even though you've been disloyal. Clinton 2008!
I hope you are right because I don't ever want to see another Republican in office. I don't care which democrat wins as long as it's not a lying, cheating, Republican.
Well, I'm not a schoolteacher who's correcting every tiny error... I just thought awesomse was a funny word... sounds almost like one of those famous "Bushisms" that you can find here on youtube, hehe... :D
Hehe, thanks.. there's nothing to be impressed about really, it's the international language at the moment and English has many Danish words from the Viking period, so it's not so difficult.
BTW I can't wait to hear Bush utter the historic words; "We have made awesomse progress in Iraq!" And it will happen! You heard it from me first! :D
LOL! I know the silly English stole many of your words. Of course you invaded them, the war hungry Scandinavians that you are! Plus, Europeans know more languages than most other nations/continents.
Yeah they did (though awesome wasn't one of them!), it's mostly words for food, clothes, tools and other everyday objects. Some 20-30% of all words in English are of a Scandinavian origin. War hungry, I don't know... though we are in Iraq and Afghanistan too.
It's just unbelievable that such an inarticulate man as Bush is, can be president of the US. As a politician he HAS to be able to communicate properly - incredible!
Hillary is being sued for lieing and cheating on campaign funds during senate run. Both sides lie and cheat. It has nothing to do with party affiliation it has all to do with the character of the candidate & how they feel about the constitution.
A free society doesn't need a babysitter. I definitely DON'T want that fascist scum in that seat. It is for an honorable man/woman. She does not apply.
I don't like the universal health care idea - I believe if we stop the foreign policy and the war on drugs then the health care issue would be... healthier.
the early libertarians were socialists, you moron. i would call mike gravel a libertarian before i would ron paul

A message to Ron Paul, Dennis Kucinich and Mike Gravel supporters: JOIN FORCES DAMMIT!!!
Dennis Kucinich (2nd most popular on the net) and Mike Gravel's been endorsed by Ralph Nader.
Although they disagree on some issues they are the only three candidates that are honest by a long shot.
Don't be fooled by the Republican vs Democrat BS we are all Americans.
Please repost this on as many videos as you can and demand that Kucinich and Gravel support Dr. Paul.

Only a news reporter who gets paid well and lives in a fancy house, like this Moron, will disagree that this war was a waste (which it was). Ask any normal working American and they would agree that this war has been totally in vain.
mrbrunelle 4 years ago 7
Well, not totally in vain... They've been pretty successful so far in taking our past, present and future money and transferring it to themselves while turning us into a 3rd world nation. The worst is the death of the civilian Iraqis. Soldiers know they may die. Iraqi people did nothing. They just happened to be in a country with huge oil reserves.
gravelin08 4 years ago 3
Also , Gravel was not specific enough in his details ... He fail to make it clear who is fighting who over there ... It's American soldiers killing civilians from Iraq. How fucking weak is that one ? They are not fighting some military ... There is no real military in that area . I need to put a bullet in that reporter toes for every person that died in that area maybe then he starts to get a clue of what is really happening there.
phnxrzn2007 4 years ago 4
Weren't you listening? He said stop the killing of American soldiers and Iraqis?
gravelin08 4 years ago
For the piece of shit corrupted faggot ass of republican reporter who took the interview i have this :
Why don't you go and take oil by force from Russia or some other country who does have a military and nukes ? Your fucked up LA and NY would disapear from the map instantly . Corrupted fuckers like you should be sent on the battlefield to die in vain.
phnxrzn2007 4 years ago 5
Gravel doesn't need to have a clue about monetary policy ... He can allways hire somebody like Ron Paul if that would make your clitoris more happy ... He's not corrupted as the rest of the democrats and republicans and he speaks the truth ... That's all it matters.
phnxrzn2007 4 years ago
Gravel studied economics at Columbia University in the mid 1950s. He does know what he is talking versus your ideological conservative Christian pedant, Ron Paul, who does NOT know enough to be able to talk about what Gravel is talking about. Ron Paul has been a GYNECOLOGIST for almost 50 years.

I find this ignorance SO DISGUSTING & Scary!
lysel3 4 years ago 5
Posters like bobbyclerici who show up on certain sites and drop false, negative comments like his are just trying to play people. They spew their venom right in front of other people and wait for a reaction. For a snake, that might be normal behavior. In a human, it's definitely perverse.
gravelin08 4 years ago
YOU FAIL TO BACK ANYTHING YOU SAY UP, with FACTS -- YOUR OPINIONS ARE JUST THAT! Personal OPINIONS!
So, what do YOU do, that makes you such a "success"?!
lysel3 4 years ago
One other observation -- our economy is MANIPULATED by the Federal Reserve, and the BIG INT'L BANKERS, who STAGE Depressions/Recessions, and other "GLOBAL" economic crisis. They are FINANCIAL DICTATORS, who destroy the lower & middle classes for THEIR OWN PROFIT! They subsidized NAZI Germany, and watched while their own people died during the Holocaust!!

ImyManz99 4 years ago 5

That Mike Gravel is doing this nation a great service by confronting and telling the truth.
We have to stop this war. If we don't pull out were headed for a financial disaster win, loose or draw, but we will loose. If we don't elect Ron Paul, it will continue, and we can not afford another 2 trillion.
Like Gravel, these men tell the truth. Ron Paul raised 5 million last quarter, and so far 8.1 million this quarter which projects to 15.5m. He can win.

The fact is, Mike Gravel angered powerful people when he confronted Senator Clinton over Iran during last month's debate. Up to that moment the Clinton juggernaut was rolling over everyone. Now Mike is paying the price for speaking truth to power.

CNN says Mike Gravel must meet three criteria:
* Form a federal exploratory committee and officially declare his candidacy. (He did.)
* Poll at 1% or above. (He does.)
* Raise at least $1 million in individual contributions since January 1, 2007. (He has not.)
Once again, MONEY decides who gets to participate in America's political debates.

Like MSNBC, CNN's justification comes down to one ugly factor: MONEY.

he is still a Democrat. He just doesn't like the direction its going.
PersonalJesus348 4 years ago
i just don't like that rhetoric, because wedge issues the so called left and right are what allows the elites or kings to get away with it. its divide and conquer.
besides the political scale, is not just left-right. One axis is social, the other fiscal right? So I'm fiscally conservative, and socially liberal which essentially translated to libertarian. The current party system is shit, so i don't like that partisan talk, creating wedge issues between people.
gosciu555 4 years ago 2
your confused.
PersonalJesus348 4 years ago
No, no I'm not confused. This is how it is, at least in theory. Democrats are traditionally fiscally and socially liberal. So gay marriage is okay, and its okay to spend everyone's money on Pub Health care. Republicans are socially authoritative and fiscally conservative. So you can't have gay marriage or prostitution but we won't spend your money on public programs.
I think it would be cool to have gay marriage and the gov not decide for me how to spend my money. Thats libertarian.
gosciu555 4 years ago
In reality though, this country is run by financial elites. and what they want is the public being atomized so people don't pay attention to what their doing and don't challenge their power. Thats why i don't like these petty political fights, like "Oh those republicans, I kicked their ass." Its counter productive.
gosciu555 4 years ago 2
well the gay marriage stuff is because the religious took over the republican party.
And at least we can agree Gravel is the guy we need in office.
PersonalJesus348 4 years ago 2
yeah, but it starts with the grassroots and free info. without that you'll always have somebody from the establishment. so no on any internet police.
gosciu555 4 years ago
We had a balanced budget when Clinton left office. Times have changed. It was a Republican who freed the slaves and now they are the last party that most African-Americans would vote for. Democrats are becoming better at money and Republicans are spending it. Everything changes.

The fact that NBC is owned by General Electric, one of the world'sleading military contractors, is frightening and certainly smacksof censorship directed at the most outspoken critic of the influence that the military-industrial complex holds over this great nation.
erikfofo 4 years ago
LOL! I know the silly English stole many of your words. Of course you invaded them, the war hungry Scandinavians that you are! Plus, Europeans know more languages than most other nations/continents.
overmind25 4 years ago
Yeah they did (though awesome wasn't one of them!), it's mostly words for food, clothes, tools and other everyday objects. Some 20-30% of all words in English are of a Scandinavian origin. War hungry, I don't know... though we are in Iraq and Afghanistan too.
It's just unbelievable that such an inarticulate man as Bush is, can be president of the US. As a politician he HAS to be able to communicate properly - incredible!
