I greatly respect President Fox as one the savviest world leaders past or present. He is right the root of the problem is the massive drug assumption in the U.S. but decrimizlation is not the answer. Allowing business to market Cocaine and Heroin like Coke and Pepsi market their products is preverse. I think switching from arresting drug users to issuing steep fines for those caught with illegal drugs along with rigid enforcement would put in an end to recreational drug use.

In fact men in general are easily corrupted, especially with drug money. I kicked drugs myself and I don't care who wants to ruin their own life with them.
