I have always said everyone has different taste but for me i don't like it i think the front bumper just doesn't look right with the older shaped headlights let alone it just doesn't look like its sitting right

but its your car if you like it don't let anyone put you down

did you make the body kit yourself? proportions and lines are a bit off but great attempt, looking to do my own and wondering what you used to make the parts?

the sideskirts were base, just shaped the intakes, the bumpers were done by insulating fome for forming the shapes and fiberglass to make it solid... hope this helps and good luck ;)

the the fiberglass kit (resin, hardner,fiberglass ) from halfords costs bout £10.. you'll obviously need more than one... and it's a pretty messy job too especially if you're new with the stuff..

Well done with the transformation. I especially like the intakes - they should also assist with airflow to the engine.

cheers.. yes the intakes do assist with the airflow, especially as you can plumb them straight to the air filter...

and gonna redo the front bumper as it's just too low and catching everywhere..

Did you get the troll outta the motor? You in Dublin or Cork? I stripped and rebuilt mine over the last year-16`s, cylinder head, throttle body, cams, suspension, all polybushed and dropped with pins. Not many here have much interested or are afraid to touch them mechanically, dopes. Can maybe give you an opinion, if you need it. Nice job, cheers Damien.

that's just the exhaust tips welded to the standart box... get the tips from any car shop and get them welded on..sounds better too!!:)

u say its vvc, as in 1.8 vvc 160bhp, but the mgf vvc 160 has a massave front disks, where are yours??, p.s nice DB7 Front end :)

no no, it's a 145PS, the "trophy"(160PS) versions came out only in may 2001. and if you're looking for a MGF Trophy 160 there are much more tale tell signs(splitter, spoiler, interior, biger red brakes, etc..)

i made both bumpers myself(fiber glass)...so you won't find one like mine...

but there's a body kit on ebay and some other places...
