The way I got this was using the chopper in the same room as the grav lift, then I jump on the chopper and put down the grav lift. The other way I did it ( took me 10 minutes) was using the spike grenade and grav lift at the same time.

You can ALSO have a partner with you and have them throw their grav lift at the very bottom, then you jump up, halfway up you would throw your grav lift, then crouch while holding forward, that works too.

Oh, and for the people asking what cowbell does, if you played Halo 2 and got the Sputnik skull, it does the same thing, it makes explosions more powerful, great for nade jumping and things like that.

To get the skull:

1. Normal or Higher

2.Must start from beginning.

3.Must get a Grav Lift from the small ramped building BEFORE you go into the large building where the skull is, the small ramped building is right where you kill the scarab.

I hope this helps.

P.S: You can just place the Grav Lift right below the window and Jump right before your on the lift, it'll lift you juuust high enough to get on the highest floor

P.S.S: You have to crouch to make it on if you do that method ^

The skull is on the top level thing. So it's impossible to overshoot it.

If u dont see the cowbell skull it 1 of 2 reason

-1 it that the difficulty is on easy it got to be normal or higher to see the skulls

-2 it that u didnt start the level at the beginning

Cool, thanks for putting this up, you've just saved me a LOT of time wandering around for hours. I've seen several walkthroughs for this particular skull, but the pictures are almost no help at all. Some don't even have screenshots, and the instructions are uselessly vague. But this cuts right to the chase. Thanks! :)
