I listen to plenty different indie bands.... and I like The Kut... but theres is something lacking in the way you mixed the tracks, perhaps it's due to youtube, but I guess that giving more power to the bass and bass drum may chance things. The songs feels a little flat to me (IMHO) compared to early Garbage's (even Angelfish) songs.
