The quickest way i know of is getting a fast but still very heavy car going onto the figure 8 track with maximum car amount and you set it to 10 laps or so go demo derby and you get buttloads of points for paasing then hitting them and doing botth at same time :D

Drifting This track is quite easy. but its not so much braking as it is Throttle use. smashing the throttle about halfway through the turn all the way out if the turn will pull you closer to the wall. while lighter throttleing will most likely keep you away from the wall
