I am also interested to know how many sprays of 0.1ml is considered a sufficient dose.

Also, are there any issues with storage ? does it need to be in the fridge ?

1 pump = .1mL so with 1mL solution you get 10 pumps for the whole thing..

If you are a woman the effects of a single dose has been reported to work for up to 3-4 days, for my wife it was 3 days on 2mg.. For me it usually works for 1.5 days..

Yep, that's how it's done, but i find that if I do it in a subcutaneous jection like you tried it, I only need to use 1-2mg and thus I get 5 doses from the same bottle of peptide..
