I think OverDosed is right, he's just as qualified to "judge" dance as a dancer. Dance is expression viewed by a general audience, dancers and non-dancers alike. A non dancer may use different criteria than you, but that doesn't make his criteria void.

Your right, anyone can judge dance, and noones opinion is void. but to judge in terms of of skill level, you have to be a dancer of that genre. I think its just a common misconception of people who dont dance, there is actually alot of technicalities to every style. It takes years to train and learn properly. Its just like if I walked into a battle and lost because someone who doesnt dance was the judge, id be so ticked haha. But again your right, it doesnt mean others opinions are void.
