Its called Ticker, wrote and directed by Joe Carnahan it came out in 2002.
Won an award for Best Internet Video Premiere.
It is another short film from The Hire-series.
Although there are many big names - we see Ray Liotta and Robert Patrick - The stars of Carnshans "Narc" One of the best movies out there.
So thats ur answer, a year late - you probably know all this now.
