I've experienced this all the time & they tell me I'm imagining it or don't discuss It.I believe this is true.We have brain waves & I believe if we are on a similar frequency we can communicate telepathically, or sense others.I'm very skeptical of paranormal-but I believe what the speaker says here that it is a natural, non-supernatural phenomenon- I think we have energy spots on our bodies that are receptive to these energy waves-& when someone looks at you you can feel them in these areas.
i suffer from this problem.. i lost control of this.. and anyone who looks at me suffers from irritation in their eyes.. and like electrical shock.. i focus on things too much, and so i have locked on this and i lost control.. wheni was in year 8 the teacher told me STOP IT.. i said what !!!! b i knew what it is.. its my eyes

no no no no no and no, also no. The experience you are talking about has many other explanations other than emiting some sort of energy beam out your eyes! Consider the following. A more reasonable explanation would be neurological systems that get triggered at the slightest hint of life or movement, even if you are not subjectively aware of the hints. You can realize how important it has been for animals throughout evolution to make themselves aware of fellow life forms around them.
I believe that brain wave communication between people is so real that it's another reason we're lucky we have skulls.
