Yep, it's actually been inspected and re-tested more than a new product. I buy refurbished pc's from Tiger Direct all the time. I haven't had a single problem with any of them.

actually they are brand new...the fact that the box was opened before by the original customer means, by law...it cannot be called brand new again if the retailer wants to sell it to another customer..so following the law, they have to call it refurbished..............
