  • Ok, bought this too and just got it today. It's amazing. The pocket clip works perfectly and without the batteries, it weighs almost nothing. This is my first 'real' EDC flashlight. :)

Got it at Going Gear for a good price and they have great shipping prices to Canada.

  • Thoughts on streamlight protac hl as an edc?

  • who dislikes a video like this?? manufacturers of other flashlight brands? -Seriously.

    good review nutn

  • How does this stack up against the Preon 2 in your opinion?

  • The E21 has two setting (+off). Low is around 50 lumens and high is 150. It's bigger and heavier than the Q.Mini, but for certain uses that could be better. Also, the E21 is $35. I keep one each in my car and my wife's. Replaced 20th century 2 D-cell flashlights.

  • To bad, Firearmsprostore don't ship to Norway...

  • It's always sold out! MAKE MORE 4SEVENS!!!

  • Nutnfancy, I just got my Quark mini aa2 today, I love it. But I'm in the military and was wondering if you know if 4Sevens makes an IR (Red Light) flashlight. For work, I need a red flashlight. Can't find one from4 Sevens, do they make any?

  • @hewittdj1

    Quark RGB

  • i have one problem with the light Quark Mini AA2 when i first took it out of the box i put batteries in and truned it on i had the light in medium brightness and i lightly stared shaking the light in my hand back and forth the light would jump from medium brightness to high brightness back dowm to low brightness and i put it up to my ear i heard a rattle and the rattleing was coming next to the led light so i am thinking the light is damaged.

does any one else have this problem?

  • @kylelb 4Sevens has really good customer service. I'm sure they'll take care of it if you send it back. Good luck dude.

  • December-3-2011 i got my Quark Mini AA2 from PFI it was on back order but when it got here it was worth waiting for. the light works great better then any other light i have bought so far. i am vary happy with the brightness level every thing that is hard to see. the light brightness level on medium shows good detail and switch the brightness level on hight it shows great detail of what i am looking at. a real great light all around.

  • Just got mine in the mail from PFI today... a little slow on the shipping since they had it on back order (wonder why haha!) along with them being off at shotshow. worth the wait. My first EDC flashlight, thanks for posting the review, this one and a few others where quite helpful in making a choice.

  • @ScottSutherlandMusic I laughed a little at your comment because mine was also on back order. But PFIdude has such great customer service I didn't mind waiting a few extra days for my awesome high quality EDC flashlight... love it.

  • Currently carrying a Preon 2 and a Surefire 6P LED, this looks like it could replace both. Recently got the Quark 123² Turbo "X" from PFIDude, like the light, don't like the clip and it is a little chunky so it works best in a pack/truck.

  • dude next time you wanna try lithium, don't blow up your light and just check the specs on the website :P

it says so right there in the description dude:

Battery Type: Two AA batteries (up to 3.0 volts combined; batteries are included)

you overpowered your light by a whopping 4.2 volts, more then its maximum rating.

you do understand what can happen if those cells overheat and start to vent inside of a sealed tube yes?

your lucky you still have all your fingers dude.

  • @Whisper6911 incidentally, you can do this with the regular quarks, as they all have the same emitter

    on all single cell lights.

the 2 cell AA version however is the same emitter as the single cell version, but you can mount a 123-2 head on a AA-2 body and run 14500.

  • Have the 4Sevens 123x2 X light. It's a little thicker than the AAx2, but also a little shorter. Lasts longer. CR123a batteries aren't as popular as AA, but they're not too hard to find. IMO, superior in runtime, output, and EDC than the AAx2.

  • I have a standard Quark AA2 light that carry as an "EDC" light and absolutely love it, best all around flashlight i have ever owned , bought it after seeing your review which rocked just like all of your vids , thanks Nutnfancy

  • dude you are lucky you just ruined the light, and not your fingers.

if li-ion cells vent in a sealed tube the result is en explosion.

  • Dude you need to check out Zebralight.

160 lumens for 55 minutes out of 1 AA eneloop.

  • @Whisper6911 correction: the frosted lens, warm version is 160.

the regular puts out 200 lumens, beating your quark with only a single cell.

  • @Whisper6911 Different price class, that particular Zebralight is 50% more expensive.

  • @SparkDischarge still well within reasonable limits.

not trying to compare anything to zebralight, just saying i think nutnfancy would like those too.

  • @Whisper6911 Okay then, well then how about the SC80. $80 (even more dear than the $64 SC51) but it can take cr123 or AA, maximum versatility.

  • @SparkDischarge mm i hadn't seen that one.

pretty kewl, but using cr123 doesn't give much of an advantage over using aa.

performance wise its prettymuch equal to the 51/31 series.

    kewl though :)

  • 4sevens=epic. Thank you for turning me on to 4sevens! They are my flashlight of choice and now my entire family!

  • great review and nice form factor - it's in my wish list now just in time for xmas ;)

  • just ordered mine from your link! I found it for $2.00 cheaper (free shipping) at 4Sevens site but decided to pay the extra $2.00 including the nutnfancy code as a thanks to you for your great reviews. - Thanks.

  • @PFIDude thanks for helping me with my order! More specifically for discovering my bank had my old address on file still LOL

  • I have been carrying a small 2 cell AAA Streamlignht Stylus Pro for about 6 months now, I want to say that those who don't carry a small flash light should so what they can to start. It is just such a handy some time necessary , and this 4 Sevens is a grate option!

  • @flyhigh8313x Hey, how is the pocket clip on stylus pro? Does it hold well?. Because I have Preon2 and the clip sucks

  • @TactiSoldier The only thing that i Have to compare the clip to is my Kershaw Skyline, and it doesn't hold as well because it doesn't have the same surface area, but with that said it pinches my pocket well, so it may slide up but it wont go too far as hits the folded edges at the top of the pocket it holds tighter and stops. One problem that I did have with the clip it that the edge are square and kept catching hem of my shirt and ripping it. So I simply took a file to it and rounded. I like it

  • The way that I solved killing my batteries on my light is to just partly unscrew it and treat is as it was a twist on

  • Same thing happens with my Preon 2 I've just gotten used to having an extra set of batteries with me when I edc it

  • Ehh, got dissapointed with preon 2, now after this vid will start droolin' at a light, lol. Better start saving up some buck :DD

  • Buying this light right now from PFI dude, and using my nutnfancy cupon code!

  • i was gonna by that but then i saw it was 85 $

  • @survivalyongsters you must've been looking at the wrong light.

  • @aammcc14 im in canada

    not usa

  • @aammcc14 oh sorry its 60 $ in canada

  • Nutn you are a class act Brother, love ALL the vids, keep them coming as fast as possible!

  • I've had this light for a few months now-

    1. Bright as you'd EVER need as a citizen.

    2. Very sleek and attractive design.

    3. Batteries do rattle around a bit and the LED has a slight ring on low and medium settings. (These issues matter not one bit to me).

    4. GREAT for edc.

    5. The design is just flawless, I really can't think of anything that I dislike about this light, it's not super cheap but it's worth every single cent.

(Best EDC light IMO is the iTP A3 EOS Upgraded)

  • TNP'ers... I've got a 4Sevens Mini 123 that I would like to mount to a motorcycle helmet. I would love to locate an adhesive mount that has a similar clamping system like the one found on the Fenix headband that Nutnfancy recommended in a previous video. I did a few searches and found plenty for a Bicycle... but most of those mounts depend on vents for mounting. My dirtbike helmet is rear vented and Bicycle strap style mounts won't work. Thanks!

  • @PFIDude just tried to order a few of these as gifts but order is 'Declined' what gives? Left a voicemail today...

  • Mine finally arrived after a minor backorder. Still shipped quick from the supplier referenced in the vid. I REALLY like how this light defaults to low output rather than "airport runway high" like most. Noted that the batts rattle around quite a bit. More so than most good quality AA torches. The form factor and size of this sold me on this for a new addition to my EDC.

  • Mine came in the mail from Firearmspro and it's AWESOME!!

I love it.. and it's in my pocket right now.

    Great gift idea!

  • My Mini AA2 has two O-Rings,

You can remove the tail cap.

  • perfect timing! Had to recover a dodge pickup truck out of the woods 2 nights ago, about 40 feet from the road, and it was rolled over. Used my Prion 2 as an auxiliary light to better see what I and the other driver I was working with was doing.

My complaint was that the prion 2 has a short run time in highbeam mode, and I need to always carry extra batteries.

This may just be the ticket to replace the prion 2 in my kit for "Every Day Work" in the tow truck....

    J

  • I like Olight lights better, but this is cool to !!!

  • Just received my MiniAA2 from PFI today. Think I'm going to love it as my new EDC light.

  • A great flashlight review. I am so glad to see another flashlight review and hope to see more coming. You have shown me the way to some great flaslights. Thanks. Please keep up the great work.

  • Hey nutn where's a good place on the net to order these? Haven't seen them at any store

  • @jmanfly87 check the description under the video for discount and website information.

  • I got the Quark AA2 R5 and it was so awesome I bought one for a friend for his birthday. We have had our lights for almost 2 years and it's still working great. Mine is all scratched and has a few dents from dropping and it still ticks like a Swiss watch. Also I ordered the deep carry clip for mine and it's a lot nicer and the tail end does not stick out of my pocket like it used to.... best $7 spent. I am thinking of getting a AA mini with 200 lumens for my AR... it has the 5 functions too.

  • @PFIdude I'm not trying to spread lies. That was the actual quote on your site. I only posted because I went to BUY one b/c of the review ;) No need to get mad on a bad review of your shipping charges. I know UPS is expensive.

  • @roksta First off...I don't get mad;) Second, if you are actually getting a $10 shipping quote then it is a valid complaint, but I just finished checking the shipping settings and I can't see where you are getting this info? I would be glad to help you straighten it out, but you will need to contact me with your shipping info so I can look into it. UPS will be more expensive than usps and I assuming you were looking at UPS and didn't actually check USPS....

  • oooops got the numbers mixed up your right. Insomniac bah. The 31 is cooler blue i still think. And why can i not post links? The 32 is longer.

  • I disagree the pd31 LE gives off a beautiful cool blue light instead of the warm dingy old headlight orange the pd32 gives off. In my opinion the only thing going for the 32 is it can stand flat. The side button is lame and retro.... And the 31 actually looks brighter in a side by side comparison. As seen on a few videos on YT. Some of the Tank007 and Romisen flashlights do not get enough recognition i think......especially for their price.

  • @jgbelmont If you are commenting on my post....you should probably check your facts! The PD31 and PD32 lights are using the same R5 emitter, most PD32's are more "cool" than the PD31. The PD32 will not stand flat....but the PD31 does. How do you consider a side button mode selection switch "retro" when multi mode LED lights haven't even been out that long, especially lights with digital selection button on side with momentary/tacitcal activation switch on the tail..PD32 - Great light

  • Just got mine from pfi. Love it thanks for helping me spend wisely nutn

  • @Slingsomelead You were one of the lucky ones that placed an order shortly after the vid released...before I ran out and had to order more;) Glad you are liking the light. let us know if we can help in any other way!

  • @PFIDude Just got Quark in the mail. Let me say I felt like a kid on Christmas morning opening the packaging. The first thing I noticed was how the light (without batteries) it weighs. Next to nothing. Love this light. I can't believe how much light this thing gives off. Not sure how much I will use all the "modes" but they are a nice option. Thanks PFI Dude for the FAST shipping (5 or 6 business days). What a great recommendation Nutn! Keep up the awesome reviews.

  • EDC - Streamlight Stylus Pro (since I lost the original "Stylus" which had a crap pocket clip)

  • the total comes out to about 33$ then add shipping

  • @nutnfancy you need to hang out in the los angeles area more often!!!! so the people out here at least have a slight chance of running into you XD lol

  • Watched the review and purchased through PFI Dudes store. Can't wait to get it.

  • @conanrdk Thanks for the order! We are shipping orders as fast as the inventory arrives. You should have your light very soon! You rock!

  • Looks like a good little light, Nutn! I don't have any Quark lights...but have been pretty happy with a few Fenix lights and super happy with my Nitcore Infinity Defender. As for an EDC light, I have one with me all the time. It's my Fenix E01 and it works like a total champ. I've also got a Leatherman Monarch 300 that is suprisingly good.

  • thanks man, hate you but thanks! went and ordered one as soon as i got done with the review. thanks a ton this will be my first EDC light.

  • i put 14500s in a shitty garison light i got at a hardware store. the light turned orange (WTF right, like ORANGE???) for a quarter of a second and then it stopped working. funny as hell.

  • I love both the review and theory based videos. I take a lot away from all of them. I am bothered by some of the theory discussed in this review. In particular you state that you prefer a twist actuated light. I do understand the reasons why but a two hand operated light is of no use when you are holding your firearm. I can't see why you would EDC a light that you can't actuate with one hand if you EDC a firearm.

  • If someone came to this video looking for a review of this light i sure would like to know what they thought warranted giving it a thumbs down?

  • I like my Fenix PD31 omg sweet.

  • @jgbelmont The PD31 is a favorite of mine also....but it has been replaced by the PD32 and that light ROCKS! Momentary (tactical) tailcap switch with side button mode switch at 315 lumens! Check it out on our site....and don't forget the discount code;) Thanks for watching the vids and supporting TNP!

  • You just need to download the whip sound effect from Indiana Jones and insert it where you need it haha...

  • the Fenix e21 is a two mode light. Ive owned it for a while and just recently discovered it has a low and high function. Just throwing in a fact, i know its not related to the AA2.

  • Picked me up a Preon 2 at the gun show today. Nutnfancy strikes my wallet again!

  • Guess, this light is squared away!

  • "Dude you still do flashlight reviews?" Great opening. I'm not surprised since your still as down to earth as TNP day one. That's why I always follow the project. Objective, no BS so I don't spend my money on junk.

  • I olway's have 2 with me all the time. 1 on my key chain. and one aa or an 2x 123 led light =)

  • Please review the Quark "X" AA2 light! :)

  • Love the light review keep them coming!

  • I have had the QAA2 for about 6 months and it has been outstanding. I recently put the lithium batteries in it and it is much lighter. I actually carry the Quark mini as my EDC attached to my keys with a small S clip. Both outstanding lights. I'm on my 2nd mini I guess some one else liked it more than me and I had to buy a new one.

  • Excellent review. My EDC light is a Streamlight ProTac 2AA model. It's a bit thick in the body and has some odd edges and "lumps" to it. I was trying to find something slim, but with a tight beam and decent amount of available lumens. I'm now going to order the Quark Mini AA2 using your link and discount code. Thank you for this excellent video.

  • @PowerInMN Ordered!

  • @PowerInMN Thanks for watching the video and taking time to post your thoughts! Also, thanks for supporting TNP and PFI. Keep it safe out there!

  • PFI dude charges $10 to ship a 2.8 oz item? O.o

  • @roksta Not true, most single lights ship for around $6 PRIORITY mail anywhere in the country! Please don't spread your lies in the comment section of such a great video review! If for some reason you are actually getting a $10 quote from our website, please contact me directly and I will help you get things squared away. PFIDude

  • Thanks Nutn for the review of the 4/7s Quark Mini AA Squared. I have been looking for AA flashlight for my bug out Bags since I bought the MiniQuark123 headlamp.

It was between the Quark Mini AA Squared and the Quark AA² Turbo. Seeing your review I will get the Quark Mini AA Squared.in what I hope will be soon if my disability is approved.

    Happy Thanks Giving.

    Joe-R

  • i got mine for 28 dollar a while ago when he did the review on the preon I saw this one on the 4sevens web and like it better its an awesome flash light

  • I'm still running a streamlight stylus pro

  • Just finished watching the review and was going to leave a typical comment about how much I like the light and all. That was until I scrolled down here and saw your reply to "bewarethegreyghost".... Dude, that was too cool of you! That's what it's all about right there Brother. The outdoor YT community never fails to impress with it's generosity and integrity. Thumbs up!

  • I raised my hand. Carrying Maratac AAA.

  • @MisterDrumngun Good man. It's great to have your light on you all the time.

  • When I realized it was 18 minutes I stopped at 45 seconds. It's a flashlight, not guns.

  • The only FRIGGEN 18:08 min review of a light that ill sit through. Only for you NUTnfancy. Great Job

  • @warddman Thank you...this is one of my quickest light reviews actually. It's pretty paired down to just the important stuff.

  • IMPORTANT QUESTION!!!! could you pop on a AA2 tactical light backcap to get your one handed operation with the UI of the nontactical? PLEASE RESPOND!!

  • @TheGoldenGreek1 I don't think so. Different tube diameters I think and threading. CPF would know.

  • @nutnfancy thanks alot for the info bro. keep the great vids coming and keep it real!!!

  • Thanks for the great review!

About preventing inadvertent actuation of Preon 2, simply loosining the head does not work? I saw you use the technique of loosening the cap to prevent inadvertent actuation on Streamlight Stylus Pro in one of his first aid videos. I've been using the same technique to the head of my preon 2, and it seems to be working. Can this cause any problem on my Preon 2? This way you can use the one-handed interface to cycle through modes, once you screw it tight.

  • @Nyankosoft Yep that will still work just fine. For my EDC lights however I figure it's an added step and I've just been running flat caps but you have a good point if you want to mode cycle.

  • This has just become part of my Christmas list. Thanks bro!

  • @74Hobbes Hobbes! Great to hear from you my friend. Hope you get several from Santa ;-)

  • @nutnfancy HA haaaaaaaaaaa... that would TOTALLY ROCK! Although I'm pretty sure it'll become part of my camping and emergency light selection AFTER Christmas, I'm definitely getting one of these for a buddy of mine. He was a total Surefire fanatic until I showed him my LD20 and then sent him a few of your links on lights. He says "POU" more than I do now! LMAO!!

  • Bracing for cost.... WHAT!? That is damn affordable. I have been looking for a duty light that is small and runs on double AA. I live my Fenix LD20 but its throw isn't quite what I want. I would prefer if this was click activated so I could hold it with my weapon for momentary on/off, but not a big deal. Thanks so much for sharing!

  • @ArmedVegan AV I always love having you in the comments bro! The LD20 probably has bit more throw that this Mini AA2; it's more of an area light I think. A max throw AA light in 4Sevens genre would be AA Turbo but has a larger head on it, heavier.

  • @nutnfancy Thanks for your input! I'll have to really consider the size/weight and throw for ideal duty carry.

  • Nice. Can't tell you how nice it is to have a good light as part of the EDC. It would take me some getting use to without the tail switch. Need to add one of those 4sevens to the arsenal.

  • @Cr0cket20 Amen brother...great to see you here too Cr0cket20! It's like a reunion of TNPrs.

  • @nutnfancy HOLLAAAAA!

    lmao

  • @Cr0cket20 Seriously bro... I know you absolutely love your LD20 just as I do, and it's great as a camp light but just a tad too bulky for EDC. When I bought my Preon2 from PFI, I was blown away about how much light you actually get from only having 2 AAA bat's and in such a small form factor. This is going to eventually be a great addition to my collection. And I have to say too, the LD20/Preon2 combo was a GREAT combo for when we lost power for 3 days earlier this year.

  • I'm not a flashlight guy, and I'm broke. So I carry a Rayovac LED Penlight. It was $3.24 at Walmart. I use this thing all the time; from inspecting my rambunctious son's "owies" to looking for lost toys under the couch. Definitely going to get a nicer flashlight eventually, but this one works well enough for now.

  • @bewarethegreyghost Contact Verilioness with your info. If you're in the US I will send you one of my lights, signed, for free of charge. Enjoy.

  • @nutnfancy wow ur too coool nutnfancy

  • @nutnfancy This is why you are awesome, and the youtube community loves you. haha, keep it up nutn!!

  • @nutnfancy Thank you very much sir, I'm honored.

  • @nutnfancy you are so awesome dude!!

  • @nutnfancy Just got it in the mail today. I have to say, I didn't expect two of them. Thanks yet again.

  • @bewarethegreyghost Dude... I have a Preon 2 and for that VERY reason. You will honestly NEVER go back to the cheaper light after turning yours on for the first time. You'll find yourself outside in the cold checking out how far you can see stuff in the middle of the night. I promise! LOL!

  • should i get the mini or the regular for a every day use flashlight

  • I've had a AA2 for two months now and it works great. Nutn might have an older version, because my tailcap does screw off.

  • @NackNSass you might have the "X" version and he has the mini

  • @tacokiller101 It's a Quark Mini AA2 R5 LED - picked it up from PFI Dude's site

  • 100% correct that everyone should carry a light. Mine is a cheap Leatherman that came with a tool I purchased. Where it really falls short is the plastic lens that scratches easily. As I aged and my eyes started adjsting to changes in light more slowly, I find I use the pocket light constantly for chores like looking under the hood or looking for a plug socket behind my desk. Then if the lights ever go out in an emergency, its great to know I'll be able to navigate my way out of the office.

  • love my engraved delica 4...8/10 ...needs more impact gun visits !

  • i carry a mini aa2 and absolutly love it!!!!

  • started to carry a fenix ld20 since subscribed to nutn, powerful yet though

  • Great review.

  • I raised my hand at 13:01 . PS the new Stylus Streamlight Pro is now 48 lumens (vs old 24) but the beam pattern is and color is not as good as the original model.

  • Sweet vid... I prefer the phenix pd 30... It to has the R5 led.. Great light for such a small flashlight... Keep on rockin Nutn.

  • I thought the title said "Mini AA-12". I was like "WANT".

  • *stands up with a cup of coffee in his hand*

Hello, my name is Hobbes and I'm a "Flash-a-holic". It's been about a month since my last purchase of a flashlight. I was walking through Lowe's the other day and found myself looking at at the backs of the packaging for their flashlights looking for lumen and light throw information and the next thing you know it was 3hrs later!

  • @74Hobbes ...umm, could you give me the information of the class? I may need the help. You're a few steps ahead of me. You are admitting it and seeking help...I'm still in the denial phase ; )

  • @Cr0cket20 Awesome!! Sure thing bro... Although I think this just a 1 step program since they seem to have vendors set up shop outside in the hotel lobby as you leave. Just make sure to bring your checkbook before leaving the house! : D

  • sorry nutn..... but i hate you right now..... you just made me go buy a quark mini AA2...... it is one awesome light!

  • I have been using this light in my EDC for about a year. Love it to death sometimes wish I had a tail cap button when I only have one hand available. I have also noticed that the light color has turned yellowish over time not sure why.

  • ★★★★★

  • PFIDude is going "oh, crap nutn just did another flash light review. Guess I won't be seeing the family for the next 2 weeks."

  • How do we know what shot shows you are gonna be at?

  • ive had my quaruk mini aa for about 3 months and love it! picked it up from none other the pfidude at his website

  • On my second AA^2 after a sailor swiped my first during a carrier flight deck survey. He didn't think anything of it as it was duct taped to the deck at a landmark. Fantastic little light for lighting up surveying instruments and the thing puts out light for amazingly long. We run our lights for hours in a shift for shedding light on notes, instruments and surveying landmarks. Awesome light!

  • I had my TNP awakening looking for an EDC flashlight as well and found the Preon review which I always carry on me. Been hooked on TNP since. Funny enough I wanted a portable AA flashlight as well recently and this review popped up. Picked one up and as always thanks and keep up the great work nutn.

  • Sweet light... I have my Quark 123^2 Tactical R5 in my pocket right now. LOVE IT!

  • Funny, I found the nutnfancy project by looking for flashlight reviews (Fenix LD20) and been a follower ever since. And yes, since then I EDC a flashlight. Was the LD10 but now your wilderness favourite, the Quark Mini 123. It really is a fantastic little light!

  • @nutnfancy - I'd like to say thank you and your family for service on this veterans day and to also say to keep making these great videos!!!

  • Read the title as "Mini AA12". Got disappointed when the video started. Sorry.

  • I have had this Mini AA2 as my EDC for over a year now, fantastic! It has never failed me and I use it just about every day, Batts last a long time as I have only changed them twice since I got it. I finally got to use the strobe feature a few months ago on some deer i came across while night walking.... just love this flashlight!

  • What kind of gloves are you wearing in the underwater test?

  • Still rockin' the preon here. Awesome light .

  • Review of new 5.11 flashlights would be awesome. We appreciate everything you do nutnfancy.

  • ordered for my brother its beggingto look alot like christmas!

  • 13:00 *Raised my hand. :)

  • Would love to here your thoughts on this versus the LD20 Nutn.

Great review, thanks a lot. Trying to decide whether to try this out over my LD20.. Hmm.

  • @Smith28Adventure Oh god, *hear.

  • @Smith28Adventure I have both and the LD20 just sits unused. I do like the clicky switch over the twisty but the mini aa^2 is just so light weight and thin. And that pocket clip is so nice. The mini aa^2 is one of the most comfortable lights to pocket carry. I really do forget it's in my pocket. LD20 does have more throw but I prefer the flood of the mini and the mini can still reach out far enough for what I need. And you can use lithiums with the mini, something the ld20 cant use

  • @weez82 Thanks for the reply dude. I am seriously considering parting with my money to try this out.. I just love my LD20 so much.. how can anything possibly outperform my baby?! :)

  • happy remembrance day fellow TNPers!

  • excellent review .

  • happy veteran's day! how does this compare to the fenix ld20?

  • I know its kinda off topic, but what are you using to engrave? is that a dremel?

  • I raised my hand at 13:00, did you?

  • Excellent ..............

    Just Ordered Three .

    Great Holidays Gifts.

    Thanks Nutnfancy & PFI Dude

  • Thank you sir for you service and my freedom happy veterans day!

  • Nutn, do you like your fenix LD20 better or this one?

  • @nightrider2k6 I personally feel like they are not the same catagory of flashlight. The Ld20, which I am very happy with, is a sturdy, heavier flashlight. Given that, it also has better throw and capabillities because it is bigger and has a bigger reflector. This light is smaller, and has less power, but would work great as an edc type flashlight. It really depends what your looking for.

  • @TheBladeSickness good point, i prefer the ld20, power and throw is important to me.

  • sooooooo.... whats TMP? ive heard it a few times now

  • @DaBurntToaster He's saying TNP, It's an acronim for The NutnFancy Project.
