Become neurotic as possible, about food, eating, refrigs etc. Buy a notebook, and create a tacky totureous collage of anorexic girls that are painfully thin and dying of anorexia. Now create yourself a list of suitable punishments for youself like ridiculous amounts of exercise, organ damage, teeth rotting,
