Please explain to me why it is that in America if a parent doesn't feed the child we haul them before the court and take away their parental rights, but if we see an African mother who doesn't feed her child we are all supposed to take up a collection for her? United Nations Family Planning Agency (UNFPA), International Planned Parenthood Foundation (IPPF), etc. all of them focus on birth control and mass sterilization.

United Nations Family Planning Agency (UNFPA), International Planned Parenthood Foundation (IPPF), etc. all of them focus on birth control and mass sterilization.
